The application is simple to use, but it does not show accurate results. 1) If you simply go to website and check for remainder of your account it will be much more easier and less time consuming, even if you ask for single-use password. however for the application most of the time it shows your balance to be either 0, or it simply shows that there's neither additional tariff nor packages. 2) regarding topping up or paying your bill, it's almost the same with website.
It would probably be great if we could access the page in English. I chose the English option but that only works for the first page. The moment I click on options, it brings everything out in Turkish. I'm at the basic level of Turkish language so it is frustrating for me.
Nothing is working correctly on this application. Payment process is so slow. Charges are more than the price which is shown. Packages are changing so frequently. There is no option to renew the current package.
Everytime I have unpaid bill,I don't know where this one came from or started,after I credit my Sim card I need to pay extra 50tl or 40tl for them to load my data,very annoying ,why would I even purchase data and then you charge me more,if you ask them no English, no English call service care or self care,nothing Is being done,my point stop adding extra charges that we haven't use at all,is not the way to extract money from students. Am tired of paying extra charges

I have been enjoying the application until few days ago when it stopped working so I decided to uninstall and install the application again but it still does not want to open and instead talks about closing it, sending feedback. I am giving 5 star because I never regretted downloading this app.
A little bit too slow moving from operation to operation. Might want to find a way to optimise it a bit better for performance. nonetheless it is good
It used to be a great app but now useless it doesn't open. Such a disgrace for a big company like Turkcell to allow this to happen. It no longer deserve even 1 star but you get one star because there is no option for quarter or half star
Almost perfect. The bill payment system has major issues and also many lags and crashes.
Still crashes and I cannot log in, it doesn't recognizes my cridentials, but the online site does so my cridentials are true. App is broken for a quite a time!

I am editing this review, cause I wrote half the time it is not working. Updating to all the time. Useless and disappointing.
Doesn't even allow me to log into the app. I can log into Turkcell on a browser but it's won't let me log in on this app.

Awful. What happened to your app in last three weeks? And still we cannot open the app. It made many people angry. Please you must to solve it very soon.
The feature to turn roaming on is not working. Many other features does not work
I don't like this new update its in turkish and even after you select english it remains in turkish one can't understand
