Very bad app experience. I have done transactions for which I was not even given any points. Whatever points I got also got erased. And the customer doesnt even pick up the call
I tried to recharge my mobile phone using my anmol points ... It shows technical error but detected my points... 3 times I sent queries regarding this but there is no response from service provider side. I lost my 199 rs because of this fraudulent app. I also disappointed with KVB service. Please don't use this waste app.......
very poor app. i got most of my points expired unused. whenever i try to use the point for recharging mobile it sends an regret msg for error occurred.. i doubt if it is a scam. i feel like my points are being robbed (literally legally) as there is no way of complaining of theft..
Last two months rewards are not credited. When I was call/ mail, they simply reply 12 working days to resolve the issue. So many 12 working days are over, still no resolution. Worst I will give rating minus infinifity. People are not working, instead sleeping. Aa ny fees are there, strictly debited. Worst worst worst. I expected for this rating response as very very generic Sorry for the inconvenience. You people are always like that only.
This application works on the hell... Where the hell is OTP??? It's keep on saying OTP verification failed.... Is this app works on OTP??? I have used for a long still date no OTP Confirmation need. Now a days ???
I have seen one of the items in electronics - Value phones - Moto M. it shows 34900 with a crossline on the amount. And you are showing you are selling it for 15970. The actual cost is unknown to many purchasers. Amazon shows it as 16999. It is selling it for 11349. Atleast dont try to bluff, if there are no huge offers. It makes me loose credibility on KVB. And yes I am an Account Holder. Please provide value addition services. Dont try to create artificial values.
If Reward points balance is sufficient then only we can use else not this lead to expiry of points. It should let us use which ever points it has amd rest from our debit or credit card or any other option which is easily attatch to this apps.
Worst of the worst bank and application too. Very unsatisfied, if there is an option to give less than 1 star it would be better. Tried to open Anmol so many times but doesn't respond.

From beginning kvb rewards iam using, currently taking double charge. If like beginning tarrifs offered means nice will be. Rest and all operations process, very nice.
Bad experience, after change my password unable to login. It's shows please enter valid details after entering my cust ID and password correctly.

Recently updated to v1.3. The app doesnt even open properly with only the Loading Circle being displayed for eternity.
This app auto close when try to recharge.. I think this is a trick because of the points expiry date will be coming soon 😎😎😎

Very bad all I reedemed my points for flipkart voucher but they didn't give me my voucher to mail. I send mail to customer care but they didn't respond. Very bad
Unable to do mobile recharge. It showing only airtel vi and jio. Not showing bsnl operator.

Even when i update the app it keeps asking to update and not at all allowing to sign in. I also tried reinstalling but same issue.
waste , we need account balance details to check ,miss call alerts is not working so kindly add to check the balance details in this app

This is worst UPI charges on KVB so I am not using UPI payment on this bank Reward points to use recharge they take charge on conversation so this the first app I see on reward points conversation recharge charge
App is good but the customer service's resolution providing efficiency is pathetic. Am following up with them since February for points accrual issue they could not provide a solution so far. Whenever I call they will create a ticket and reescalate it followed by asking me to wait for 12 working days. When I call after that, they will repeat it. It's the case from February till date.
