If you are giving UPI function inside the app you should give instant push notification on app which shows name of the sender and amount received just like all other UPI apps. There is nothing like that in this app. Even transaction history of UPI is updated very delayed and it shows only UPI id of the sender. It should show name there as well . Please fix that. It's very basic function of UPI. It's showing name of the sender in account statement, but no name in UPI transaction history.
Previously it was absolutely good... but nowadays i can't use this app because always taking too much time as well as end of result becomes failed ( or ) amount debited from my account but not credited to receiver... and again we have to wait 2-3 working days for rectifying the same... please do the needful...
I clicked the add fingerprint option and the app got logged out. When I entered my login passcode its just loading and loading. Not able to enter my account, unless I uninstall and reinstall the app. I reinstalled the app like 10 times and still I'm unable to add fingerprint option ☹️
It takes ages for any kind of transaction in this app. Even for a simple upi registration it takes a lot of time. Ensuring smooth and hassle free transaction should be priority for any kind of banking app. There are many other options for an individual to migrate to different app. Not great experience with the app as well as the Bank. They lack professionalism.
In verification stage this app sent sms and received the code too. But after several minutes I got error message unable to send sms. Tried thrice and experienced the same in all 3 times. Why this who will bear this sms charge. Check your code and fix this issue.
Worst app possible , if I try to use the app during night the app shows "we are facing some technical difficulties...." Even after refreshing and clearing memories it also shows the same. Sometimes the payments are too delayed.
Fed up with this open. Always says not able to reach the server and also check your internet. I am not able to transact on line in this lock down period Even after uninstalling and re installing as advised the app is not working at all. Totally fed up. Better you close this app 29.04.22 Till today I am not able to use the banking services as this app continues to show not able to reach the server. I am thinking of closing this bank account
For all transactions MPIN is mandatory, if you forgot your MPIN, when you try resetting it, it will throw you service unavailable message. When you reach the bank to avail some services, they will ask you to use D-Lite. so the conclusion is Ignore banking with them. I am going to close my account.
One of the worst app. It's not delight app. It should be named as the late app. Even if you have good net speed this app will never open. Developer of this app- Have you ever did trail and run testing for this app. Complete useless. Complete useless app... because it never opens.
While registering for mobile banking I am getting error called SMS not received please try again after sometime'. It has to send SMS to mobile number but country code is not mentioned when it sending automatically,so I am unable to register. I am requesting to NRIs don't open NRE or NRO account, you cannot register.
Two to three times only the app opens either other time it won't open , again we have to reinstall the app and given the account details frequently. From last month onwards I suffering this kind of problem.
Very bad service....In last stage of transaction its showing some error...This error was showing continuously. After the update I didn't even done a singke transaction
I have never seen such a bad service. It did not take even six hours to make a payment. It is always too late to try. Thus becomes extremely stressful... Totally disappointed with your service.
Kvb is not open even many times have Been tried for app uninstall and install,the àpp will open one time and logout and it is not open. Continue buffering. Can you please look at seriously this problem and do the needful at the earliest.
I rated 1 stars before, now I'm kinda liking it, however adding beneficiary is like too much of work, i don't know why I need to put OTP everytime i add someone, because I manage all of my family members accounts and its too much of work to do so, I get it transferring money is a crucial thing so of course asking OTP is compulsory but i don't get, why adding someone you will be transfering money to them regularly we also gotta to enter OTP that's all my issues with this app thank you.
The app is not working good nowadays and it is very slow. Now I am not even able to login to the app. It says contact adminstrator Even after reinstall of the app still the issue is not resolved already sent email, still no response from the team
I am already a user from long back using this app. After installation of app it's not showing login page. It's showing only mobile banking registration, open dlite saving ac and fastag. Please fix this bug asap.

One of the waste app for banking ... We should uninstall and install it back for many times ..app is not responding well it's just keep on in the same password page ..
After maintaining minimum balance also they are debiting my account with Rs.24.50/-everytime ,I can't understand why ...I have done fund transfer they have debited my amount and I received msg that this transaction could not be processed.. Where is my amount....
Accidentally a new account was opened and atm card issued. No verification was done for 3months. Minimum balance fine amount added upon(so the account became useless atlast)
Worst ever , Bloody hell , when ever I tried to register in my mobile verification process is worst , sms amount was debit every time but not registered , I tried 10 times for now , every message debit 1.50 rupees but still not registered. Go to hell
Very worst & waste application, Every opening time shows unable to reach server & check intrrnet connections error. Need to develop.
Hi Team, App is good. I like to suggest you can add the user insurance linked to the account either in profile or some where.
Very worst experience. Never open KVB account. Opened an online account before 10 days. Still they didn't generated the debit card that they need to generate and deliver it within 3 days. Contacted support team twice, they are just extending the date of the process but nothing happens. Now, I am heading over to the process of closing the account.
Unable to download this app. Worst part I can't able to register my internet banking in kvb website, so itried to register using mobile app it's horrible.waste of time . I can give zero star
Whenever I needed it, this app never worked. Always circling and never loaded the page. So slow. The app UI looks nice, but that is under weighed because the app is unusable. Note: I'm working in IT, and I tried everything but it never worked. I'm from overseas. I'm not using VPN. Android version: 12. Mobile device is Samsung Galaxy S22.
