Auto rotate was off in mobile bt it was enabled automatically unable to view the complete statement in landscape or portrait mode. To be fixed. UI screen to be fit for th screen. I give 1 star since its mandatory to fix the screen for transaction history.
Not able to view the statement completely. No scroll option, doesn't fit into the screen. Cheque inward option is not working. Many changes are required and from past one year the app has not got rectified from its bugs and issues.
Worst app...I am surprised apps like this are even allowed in playstore! Desktop screen shown in phone ...too large fonts.. can't scroll....horrible user interface.. Horrible interface...this app is actually a desktop screen pretending to be a phone app...I am not just saying this is a bad app...I can live with bad apps...this is not an app at all...but just a dump of desktop screens..you have to see it to believe...
One of the worst app I have come across for viewing account statement. Fonts are so big and Non scrollable and they don't fit into the mobile screen.. The sad part is that this issue had been highlighted 6/7 months back by lot of users but the bank chose to do nothing about this.. Poor reflection on their tech dept.. Hope atleast now they will do something abt this
unable to open the app for the past 1 week.. getting Internet connection issue at the first page itself.. please suggest if there is any update required for this.. I could able to use the Internet for other apps.. kindly look into the issue asap..
Whenever I try login to check my balance and statement, it keeps loading and even I couldn't find my balance via this app at least one time. Why are you simple creating useless app like this without proper server control kvb. Since as a customer I found it to be a very bad experience, you are deducing my balance whenever I found to not maintain minimum balance. what should I do for such experience with your server. I'm not even ready to rate 1 star for this stupid app.
Eveything perfect but some changes are required 1)display cash remitemce 2) when we should show the statement it turns to landscape then at the time We show only debit and credit transactions balance amount should not display fully because screen size is to large.
When comparing to other bank apps,we can obtain the credit and debit details instantly, its really great and much useful to get the results easily with faster.... All the best to KVB.....
I can't even open the app. It's shows only a black screen and stayes on for a long time. Pls rectify the problem and try to fix the problem.
One of the worst app i have come across. As whenever i select for statement or summary it auto rotates screen to horizontal view in which i cant even see more than 1 transaction.
Very worst app, most of the time it's crashes and work slowly even under good network connecting area. Need to fix this.
Its great app, giving the user viewing rights of his or her savings, loan and fd... Inward and outward cheques. Cheque book requests... Overall i can give it to my wife. She can see but cannot debit my acc...

Not a user friendly app. I'm using oneplus 5t and text overflows the screen and i cannot scroll horizontally.
Very useful, the balance amount in the statement 25persent only showing in my mobile,is there any alternative for full view please.

App is not operating from last one month. Look into it It is showing error.Update the app
not view the passbook in full screen the debit and credit amount be displayed and balance amount column cannot be viewed properly it is more distracted bugs . fix ASAP
when I check status of my Cheque the reason below is not written properly. All the Letters in the word are displayed on one another making is impossible to read what it's written.
Sir I'm using note 5pro mobile. We can't see the balance column. And in new mobiles the balance column is not visible. Kindly fix the bug

Not able to use,since app sends a message "connection timed out" after entering credentials during registration,though data connection is on.

From 2 days it is showing that there is internet connection issue I think they are not willing to solve the issue and not taking care about account holders
Very poor use of screen real estate, both in phones and in tablets (worst). UI needs to be improved a lot. When checking mini statement, half of the screen is non-scrollable limiting the screen , that too in landscape mode only even in tablets. Poorly designed.
