No data on the app. All my contacts, leads, notifications nothing is there. I will get alerts click on them it takes me to a page that is empty. Can't respond to messages or anything. When I click on web version there is an error so that doesn't work either. It was working good about 6 months ago then just nothing.
Not as accurate as the site. I wish the timeline was exact for what was sent and received for every contact. If I didn't have to use this app for my brokerage I'd uninstall. This is the worst app for trying to run a real estate business. The website is the only useful asset. This app constantly has issues with loading, and the information is unorganized when it does finally load. It's just one of the worst apps I have to use for business. I'd attach screenshots if I could.
Great experience. The CRM system is great. Im just barely scratching the surface. The biggest thing is how responsive the support team is! I use the newest pixel mobile phone and the web version works more smoothly than the app. I would also like to be able to dial 2 lines as once.
Good overall sometimes can get a little slow. Setting up a search not using hashtags could be labeled better.
Don't walk Run!!! This is the worst customer service you will find anywhere!!! After enduring a couple of years of it, hoping it would improve I decided to cancel. That is when they told me I could do no such thing. I would need to pay for another six months. I never agreed to that and in fact was told that after the first six months I could cancel anytime. I have requested the contract, but if it is like the rest of their service the six months will be up before I get it...Also if you don't heed my warning don't let them up sell you on the vanity website they offer to "sell" you. You will have one head ache after another and when you leave you lose all investment in it.
Mediocre at best. App constantly has issues, freezes and does not match timeline to the site. I Uninstall and reinstall at least once a day. Really wish the dialer connected to the smart number so it matches text and is consistent for clients/leads. Tech team are always extremely helpful & quick to help, just wish the app worked better
*EDIT* Tech team reached out and was super helpful. For some reason, version 2.2.0 wasnt working with my note 9 after the android 10 update, so they have worked out a newer version of the app and it works great! Garbage app, wont load anything.
I had a problem with my app and the Product Manager contacted me immediately with recommendations to fix it. I cleared the cache on my app and it works perfectly again. It's an amazing platform to manage multiple leads on the go.
Great mobile CRM and resource. Rapid response in tech support and easy to talk to. The app is a little on the tougher side when it comes to being user friendly, but once you learn how to use all of its features, it's an incredibly powerful tool for any agent!
It keeps me alerted when there is activity on my site, and I can respond quickly rather than having to wait until I'm at my computer. I still prefer using it in web mode rather mobile because I have access to more features that are often needed. I can't be as specific as I should be because the system is new to me and I might possibly have more to learn about what features it has.
I love the app. I generate leads for my team. I do not have the team platform yet I am able to quickly share the new lead with any agent with exp Realty. I can see how the agents interact with the leads, when they become warm then hot. I love this app and highly recommend it!
This is a great app I use it everyday to send emails text messages in to make calls. I have access to my desktop templates and I love the ability to filter my leads see their timelines and start campaigns.
It's super slow and the notifications don't always clear after you read them. It's good to keep track of leads, but it is clunky and frustrating to use most of the time.
Keeps shutting off/down after logging in, never did I get it to work. Will change rating if I'm able to use. I know someone that uses it without issues on iPhone vs Android device
The most robust and easiest crm to use I've ever worked with.. and because of that easy to use part I actually do use it.. every day clients communicate with me through it that I forgot about from ages past and they are responding to the emails, texts etc that were sent to them on my behalf so I spend more time doing the work that I'm good at vs the details..
Cant add a contacts because i keep getting an error message. Bs
Just started using so not fully sure how I feel. So far it has some nice features but it is super slow and I wait and wait watching the spinning circle ..the cursed spinning circle lol.
Very useful tool for quick follow-ups, especially on text. Not as comprehensive as the desktop version.
You can hardñy do anything without requiring the full website. WE ARE ALWAY MOBILE!! Serious deficiency of features and not at all intuitive to use.
Very robust and dynamic in use. Some features I wish they can add. Overall easy to use. Highly recommend.
App was working till a recent update them wouldn't load my data. Now after trying to relog I can't log in. (Edit) after Force closing and re launching I was able to log in. All my data is now showing.
For the most part the app is truly an extension of the desktop platform. There are times when the functionality is different but I've adjusted and move on.
Totally useless app. Cannot make calls from app anymore. Force closes constantly. Texts sometimes go through, sometimes don't.
This app isn't good, takes way to long to upload at times. Features are not as accessible as some others I've used. Very disappointing, being it's so expensive.
I started and stopped and lost my KV Core. I was lost without it! But when I got it back! I felt alive again!! I love KV Core and how it helps me manage my leads easily and conveniently. With everything I need in one simple spot! I recommend KV Core to everyone!!

I am Brand New to Real Estate and was terrified about the technology and the cloud based brokerage but the more time i spend i see how well thought out and mobile the tech makes me. I am going from feeling afraid to feeling empowered.
I'm a PHX based residential Real Estate Broker who has used not only KVCore but earlier versions as well. Been a devoted user for over 6 years. Our Team uses KVCore as well. We LOVE it. Hands down, the best RE lead engagement platform available (and I've tried them all, Boomtown, CINC, TigerLeads, etc ). I highly recommend Core, whether you're an individual agent, team or brokerage. You will be amazed at the interface, ease of use and consumer interface. Makes me look like a pro every day.
I love it all EXCEPT I wish it would record my calls like the desktop version does. I'm so thankful for EXP Realty for providing my access to this top-of-the-industry app!
Even worse than the previous version. Literally lost a potential client because it automatically set up a drip campaign with an automated message I didn't even know it was going to send. I never entered the person's info into the crm. Then it emailed him asking him idiotic questions. He thought they were from me and that I didn't listen to him during our initial conversation. Thanks a lot!
