KVGB MobileBanking

Absolutely third grade app that's useless to both urban and rural users. Repeated error messages, frequent messages of unauthorised access and almost no useful functions. Discontinue the app and get a good one or change your developer and have a better one made. This app is pure waste of time, effort and resources.

This app not so..user friendly app as for every single task we have to follow so..many steps and it's not so...easy to make transactions to other bank accounts and all. It would be great help if the features made user friendly and could be made easily accessible.

It is good when it works. Application is inconsistent. Doesn't allow user to login and irrelevant error messages are displayed. Can not rely on this Application on any urgent mobile banking transactions.

This is supposed to be a banking app. However, it needs permission to record video and audio. It also needs access to pics and other documents on my phone. Any one who designed this, please offer an explanation? Why these permission are needed to transact in my account, with my hard earned money?

Login problem taking longer than ever, at last i didn't login. This happening since after login. Please look into this and resolve request to KVGB IT team. Update on March 2022

Kind of lacking application, doesn't seems helpful. I faced a lot of issues only to login into application, it's Just loading loading and time out error. And about to view Transaction summary oooh Never helped me.....

I am new to this.. So I opened the app and clicked new registration. It asked my phone number and my account number.. When I entered my account number, firstly it came account number invalid and secondly it came an unauthorized access.. I don't know what's the problem.. please fix this if you can

Login is not at all working. it's happening regularly. Being bank you can't even fix basic issues

There is some problem in the app. Once we open the app then minimize the app, after try to open the app through visited list using the functionality button you can't see the kvgb mobile bank app in visited list.

Glad that govt. has taken nice initiative. Needs improvement, but this is enough for farmers or rural people to know the status of their account or do basic transactions. Otherwise people would spend money just to know thier account balance.

Very quick response... Requested for Bank statement in this app through email... Mail received but attachment missing . Good app. But need to add more options like online deposits and withdrawal of RD FD, Online cheques request. Chq cancel options

Third class app, not even gets open.. have a try many more times to do a small task. Not even having updates. U guys are just a waste.

KVGB mobile banking application is working good and some time app slowly working also some time it may stuck. They have to focus these problems and rectify the same. Thank KVGB Bank.

It's not work as per customers expectations, we could find performance issue n number of times , please fix it for better experience. Out of 10 logins 9 time I am facing "time out" error

Have to tooo much upgrade,very slow operating and long process for payment ..and one thing Most of users have got login problem..once I meet to bank and enquiry for login ..bank's manager also not able to open the App he said that I have also login problem🤭🤭

Please update.. without update the app doesn't have any sense to customers. Too many errors, very slow, regularly timeout.. fix all errors ASAP..

Some time IMPS is not work properly, while transfering the amount that time shows network error. And please give the more options to use banking services in this app like other banks. Its very need

Very bad app. And there is no details and not clear steps like Google pay, phone pay, paytm. Very bad app. It is not eligible for single stat too.

ERROR:Request time out. 😱 please check status of your account..... Need to improve, while doing logon with correct password also error coming sometimes. Suggest to add FD,RD, UPI transactions, 24x7 mobile banking enable And loans. Etc..

Hi, App is good. Please add total deposit and total withdrawal amount for account statements if possible. Thank you.

This app is good works also good but its very difficult to log in .... It always show time out ... Time out pleaae fix it and some time evening time not works.

Worst banking app ever. Useless app. not customer friendly, trying hundreds of time still doesn't allow to register waste of time.

Lags too much Waste app. Need to update Everytime I enter into app it takes too much time to load. Fix the issue as soon as possible

Worst application developed,many times during login it has showed "Request time Out please try after some time",trying later also same. Bank is not user friendly.Do not care for customer needs.Internet bank facility is also not good.

Whenever we login to account... After 30 second.. we have to login again... The server are worst.... The app is ok.. But if servrs r out of use means whats the use of app...🙆🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Always showing processing, processing.. night time after 10pm unable to open this app.... App is not user friendly...☹️

When it's needy, the mobile banking shows no mobile banking enabled for this account, kindly visit your branch for some time. Need maximum improvements.

Everything is good. But no FD scheme is available in this app with updated interest per year.
