Same problem as some others when I have the app look for wifi it does not even try to look for a wifi connection then when I hit the pick router it shows a blank white screen. What's the deel? Are you going to fix it?
no stars,says not able to run on my OS as old program not up dated, return camera and uninstall. Been a year since I contacted the company to inform them about their problem and they still haven't done anything to fix it. Do not waste your time and money on this product or company.
I bought one of the cameras it worked ok for a little while until I tried setting it up with a different router and now it will not conect to anything it refuses to work at all and the app keeps freezing and shutting down i can't get any of it to work
Have a Pixel4, Android 10. Cam instructions mention AP mode as a way to get camera online if "Smartwifi" fails. So despite screen resolution issues on my phone w SmartWifi method (blank screens when choosing your wifi SSID), these issues dont happen with AP method. Able to use app anywhere as well. On data or any wifi.
cannot connect the camera to wifi thru this app. nothing in the list when choosing the wifi source. all my other devices works fine.
Cannot connect to camera. Says my password is incorrect or reset camera. I've reset it and my password is correct. This is annoying.
Worked with old phone, but new phone's Android OS is not compatible. You need to come out with an update!
please help it does not work on new android version error this app was made for an older version... it works perfect on my old phone. Any updates on app or different app?
I purchased two of these KGuard Security cameras,and found out they are not compatible with the new smart phones,so they are useless and I'm very upset.
Waste of my time and money. Read the reviews and tried the suggestions to no avail. Will not sync up to my Android cell. I'm sending mine back to Heartland America ASAP!!
It was connected to my internet than just stopped working. I have reset everything and it still wont work.

At the moment the freezes doesnt allow function at all ,very silly.

Camera connects to other networks, other cameras come up and lets you view.
Too many settings,app is out dated...

They are okay if you can just set and watch. They constantly disconnect and say "lost connection" or they just shut off. Until you get a card your videos have no sound. I wish I had put the money into a better quality camera. Several messages from support but they keep repeating the same instructions. .I get user name password error..or connection fail. I have rest them with the reset button. I have set up with ap..nothing works.
When you attempt to connect the camera out of the box, the app may not connect with The camera. To solve this issue: 1. Get a pin 2. Push the pin in the back of the device for no longer than 7 seconds or the device will reset. Repeat until the light at the front blinks alternative on and off (1-2 second intervals). 3. With your phone, go to WiFi and search for the camera and connect to it directly. 4. In the app, instead of smart WiFi step, click search. The rest of the setup is self explanatory.
Worked with an older phone when I first got it. Liked when I bought it new, although I quickly found out that you can only view it while you're connected to the same network as the camera, in other words, when you're away from home it's useless. To make matters worse, this app doesn't work with android latest versions. Hope you're working on an update.
