Changes of KGuard APPs on Google Play/ Apple Store2015-07-03
Dear Customers,
This is an announcement for a recent change to the KGuard APPs.Starting from 2015/07/15 there will be limitation to some of the KGuard APPs on Google Play and Apple Store. This change will benefit the users in terms of searching and downloading the APPs, and will concentrate the overall managing quality.
APPs remaining on Google Play: KViewQR and KViewLink
APPs remaining on Apple Store: KViewQR, KViewLink and KView+
A list of all DVR/NVR models supported by KGuard APP is showing as follow:
Google Play:
1) Supported by KViewQR：NS401/801/1601、BR401/801/1601、NS421/821/1621、BR421/821/1621、EL421/821/1621、EL422/822/1622、EL423/823、EL427/827、TC401/801、QRT301/303、AR421/821/1621、MH410、MR400
2) Supported by KViewLink：EL431/831
Apple store：

Note: You can double-check the model name in your DVR MENU SYSTEM
The APPs that are not mentioned above, namely KSee/ KView/ KView HD/ New KView, will be staying on Google Play/ Apple Store until 2015/07/15, please download the APPs before the date if you prefer to use them. We will keep these APPs in separate links should you need them.

It started connecting to someone else's camera in someone else's house!!! Wonder what ok connected to mine....creepy...

Much improved from the last attempt at using this app.
Unlike the kview app the kviewhd app does not have a big enough url field to handle long url. Also I have 8 cameras it would be nice since I can only see 4 at a time that the program only shows 4 windows and have a "next 4" option so I can see all 8 cameras..even if its in 2 phases.
FRUSTRATING GARBAGE: I've been"using" this app for a few years. It occasionally works. It likes to randomly disconnect. It hasn't been updated in ages. Now, suddenly it won't let me connect to my cameras at all, AGAIN. The ui is minimalist and unsatisfactory. I can't even change the number of cameras that I am currently not viewing.
Works great with HTC One m8 on marshmallow for live View. Other than can not delete a device permanently when I open app again the deleted device is back again. Also search for previous day and time function will not connect saying failed and all ports forwarded correctly in router.
Been using this app for a long time for my NS1601. But on my Lollipop HTC phones, it only shows first page camera's smoothly but when i go to next page, it takes a very very long time to load camera's. ONLY first page loads quickly. tested on HTC One M7 & M8.
The app was always shutting off when it shut off couldn't get it back on I've been calling K guard since January and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone now I'm going on 7 months where I can't see anything on my phone I am very disappointed
I haven't been able to connect for over a year on my Sony Xperia SP. My ipad & Ipod now only show internal views & I am no longer able to view away from home. I called Customer Service & was told I would have to pay again to reset. I no longer have a computer & have forgotten my password :-(
Connections failed on all channels after my phone updated to Android 6. Please fix this issue.
Can u explain why the SHA 104 V 2 ISN'T an android compatible system. I have been using for 3 yrs and now it's useless without mobile viewing
I love this app but in Android there Is no connection problem,when i open the app only 2 or 3 camera opens and rest of the cameras says WAITING FOR CONNECTION.please sort this out.
This app was the best app ever. I could check on my house no matter where i was. The last week 10 days the original kveaniw has disappeared and kveiw hd only works on ipad onthe home hub. On android it just hangs saying waiting for signal. And other apps wont work. Are you aware of a faullt at your end ? Many thanks JAMES
Great app but why can I only view 4 of my 6 cameras at one time ? 9 camera Windows come up. When I start the app it's like a lottery as to what 4 cameras I will see ? Use to work fine on my iPhone. Using Galaxy edge 7
I have the OT-801 and it no longer loads all of the camera's after the latest update. It switches around to a few different ones each time. Please fix this.
Emailed the problem 2 weeks ago. While my big bank app here received the same report more than a month ago, It isn't fixed yet. Kudos to KGuard support team.

The app was working and now it constantly says waiting for connection. This is incredibly frustrating! PLEASE fix the app!!!
