Why the KVV has 3 different apps no-one knows, but if the 3 this is by far the best. Easy to use, provides all the info you need for your trip, and purchasing tickets is very fast and easy. The only feature I would like yo see that it doesn't have is the ability to save a trip in advance.
I couldn't buy a ticket when my tram arrived. The app reported that I had no network (but I could navigate the internet). I can't even cancel my account because the contact form requires a captcha, but there is no field to enter the captcha! This is the worst app I've ever tried. I'll continue using the old kvv.ticket, because I don't need a fancy interface, I just need a ticket when my tram arrives!
Very bad UX for someone like me using the app the first time: - no option to change language - station "Karlsruhe Marktplatz" does not exist - by default country US was selected which is in my case wrong. After selecting DE the fields "First name" and "Last name" are reseted. - After selecting paypal as payment method the address has to be entered. This should be the other way. - After confirming the payment method all booking selections are lost and the ticket has to be selected again.
Why are you forcing people to move on KVV.regiomove which is mostly broken and full of bugs when you have an app (this one!) That actually works? I would like to believe that having a centralised app makes sense (in theory it does!) But you shouldnt force your customers to move until you can make sure the new app actually works. And right now this is not the case. Please, please reconsider the shutdown!
App crashes 9 out of 10 times during purchase. It even crashes when you jave to show the controller your online ticket. Not very reliable.
Your App is terrible! Can't get passed the email registration! Why can't I use my phone number? My wife got passed the email registration and then failed with your terrible payment system! Please improve your app!!
Not able to change country details in personal data so that there is no option to add payment method and can't buy ticket.
Very hard to navigate this app. Even switched languages during my search????
Such a retard app. It doesn't even find the S-Bahn stations that are on its routes map.
Please don't kill this app, that other one simply doesn't work, you forgot to test it. Also, that other one doesn't support paypal.
Don't shut down this app. It's far superior than regiomove in a lot of ways. Just take a look at the reviews.

Great transit app!
Tried to use the app, but entering user data was very frustrating, with a drop-down constantly resetting to its starting position and other glitches. Very clumsy UI design in general. Will just keep buying paper tickets.
Nice app which could be better than the old one but unfortunately still has some bugs.
Finally a good KVV App! PayPal is also supported, great!
Real time delays can be seen, nice app for the city of Karlsruhe, previous one was ridiculous.
There is a bug that causes the captcha to fail when trying to submit an issue through the Request form. I send an email to hello@... Please have a look. Also, I think it should be much easier to report an issue. It should always be 1 click away and not be burried in some menu. Besides that, finding stations does not work properly, as someone else pointed out already.
