Crashes my phone half the time and then can't pull up the ticket to show the bus driver. Typical over-engineered german crapware.
Simple and reliable app to buy kvv-tickets. Until now, it works properly and does its job.

Can't even register my account. Registration form claims my phone number is already registered...
Same as city train service, this app is also as bad. No current time update if there is delay or train is not coming. Stops for EINZUG are not synchronized with this app. There is no "Earlier or Later" option. You have to change time manually. Evem changing time manually does not work. Only possibility, check "Now". A paper schedule is better, even in 2015.
The app is very haphazardly programned. They put the absolute minimal amount of effort in they possibly could. The interface is bad, the navigation is shaky, you can only buy single tickets, oh also, the app glitched out on me and I almost had to pay 60 euros if the ticket inspector hadn't been in an exceptionally good mood, so the entire reason for it's existence can't be reliably fulfilled either. Shame on you, KVV, what the hell are you doing with all our money?
Since a while the app crashes continously - it's no longer possible to buy a ticket or discount anything else with the app
The app is a really simple and it has an old fashion user interface. I use it mainly to buy my tram ticket and it works. However it is only possible to by ticket for one person so when traveling with the family our children the app is useless for me.

It worked pretty well for a while, but since this weekend it stopped working and tells something about a 'Systemfehler'. Such errors *can* happen, but there's no way to let KVV know about issues, there's not even a mail address available on the customer portal. That's really a bad service!

Bad iPhone app for android. Please get rid of the splash screen and use the menu button!
I cannot request a new PIN via the app to log in with my old account. Will be trying the new app instead.
Please update for Android 10! It crashes now all the time, after phone update, even after data wipe and reinstallation.
