It works great until the fatal day of the upgrade, same problem of everyone else, I think I have to call tech support to fix it...
Worked great up until the Thanksgiving update. I get a pop up saying Invalid Device. I'm using a Galaxy Note II on Tmobile

Since updating android this app has stopped working. It will open and states it's connected, but doesn't display any cameras. Please fix. This was a good app
Bought 2 new S7's. No error messages. Says it connects then says playing but no picture. Works on our Apple 6S and Motorola Droid fine. I get no response from the email support address. What a waste of time.
It worked fine until I installed the update of 22-Nov. The application is no longer connecting to the DVR.

Fix the disconnection, failure to reconnect to the server, and memory of the saved settings issues, and you'll have a quality app.
It works until there is activity, then it blanks out and gives a "max user error".. Happens every time.
Use it with my work DVRs. No issues at all. Always connects, works perfect, easy to set up as long as you have DVR ports and IP. This is a must have for anyone who knows what they are doing.
My only grumble is the interface needs some polish, doesn't impact usage though
It was really good for the first few days I used, but later on couldn't connect to server at all.. it has been 4 consecutive days now, HELP!!

I have used this for more than a year. Now its DOA because of the bad Thanksgiving update. The pro version won't work with my DVR. So now I have no remote viewing of my cameras. The developer needs to fix this if they want our business.
