As a truck driver it would be nice to stack drinks instead of showers due to the fact that not all locations have shower facilities

Does not keep track of your points. There corporate does not want to hear about it. Can't get passed Missy Van Loon. Go to Pilot or Speedway

App is great....when working. Very nice user interface and nice to track Diesel rewards and coupons. However, having to login in every. single. time. to quickly see my balance is annoying, and now I can't even log in because it says unable to connect to the internet, which I clearly have 4GLTE on my phone. Fix these issues and 5 stars. **Edit 12/24/19** Updated to 5 stars after developer addressed issues. Works great!

I love kwik trip and their customer service! I really wish for their rewards they would have followed Loves lead and store driver information in the app and card. drivers pull up open the app and put the pump number in payment is already in the app and receipt goes into the app. I feel kwip trip is superior to loves shouldnt the app be as well
*Update* After contact by the developer several emails exchanged it is now working for me! Upgrade to 5 star! Thanks. Can't log in. it either says to check network connection or ID and password don't match. Please fix.
Just a great service in the Stiles junction locations
Won't let me register or sign in at all. Either keeps asking for my card number or completely crashes. Update: The registration/login issue was in the app. I went to the website and got it to work.
So for the past few days it says wrong password and I can't log in. Tried reseting the password but I never received an email to reset it. Called customer support they,too said that have sent me an email to reset it but I never received it,either. Today the app show that I don't have internet but I do.
Kwik trip is my favorite place. Great products great staff. Love the rewards program, coupons, scratch game contest. It's a place to be proud of thanks
As of recently it won't show my point of drinks or showers have tired logging out multiple times so I have deleted the app the receipt shows I get points just not the app
Add truck fueling option like pilot/ flying j has and you'll see a lot of happier truckers that aren't wasting time standing in line twice for more than 5 minutes and be a lot easier if we can we can minimize the time spent stopping, I tend to steer clear of a fully occupied fuel island It only means more time that we don't have to give, other than that the food the staff and everything in the convenience store is A+ amazing
Won't let me sign in keeps kicking me out. Did the same when I tried to set up account, I had to go online an switch to desktop version to get it to work. (Phone-LG v35 thinq)
good program for us daily route drivers to get fuel points without bothering the lady inside to add the points every day. please change the app to save the login info, do that and it's 5 stars
Greatest app ever, however not all your stores know how to wait for the rewards to process its cycle. I recently have been finding this problem at newer locations. I avoid going into the store and just fuel the truck.
The one feature I would like to see added to the app would be the ability to see when/where and date points have been redeemed.
A good experience 😌 everytime I use this app. Easy to use. Easy to understand. And "WHEN" (hint..hint) it designates which locations have showers I'll give it "5 STARS"!
Friendly, professional, good spirited employees. Who care about you as a professional driver and not about being just another normal person walking in to buy a product. Clean stores and will go the extra mile to get what you want to eat, especially if it's not out in plain sight.
i cant even download the app, its been installing for 3 days already, not a phone or lication issue i have full reception, everywhere. i had same issu with card that i coukdnt link,had to call CS and they limked but niw cant even downliad the app, sheeesh .
User friendly...is polite to the user ( no is no and not redirected to be asked again). There are great deals all the time that are useful.
I put in my email and password to login and it logs me out. I am not able to use the app. Zero stars
I would five this 5 stars but the fact that I have to keep logging in every time and now I cant log in at all is getting frustrating.
The app is really easy to use. It's not over complicated and has perfect functionality.
