Useless. Does nothing but waste your time. Looking for an app to control my smart lock remotely. Wish they were smart enough to make a smart app. Guess I was asking for too much.
Sales tool, not functional for Smart Code. uninstalled in under 5 minutes.

Misleading packaging. Almost no android support. Work's on like 3 devices. Thanks for the waste of time.
As this app is available for tablet users but kevo isn't, many get confused and further frustrated.

Paid big $$$ for this lock only to learn, after install, that it did not work with android. Does not say on box!!! Now I spend even more money to purchase fobs for all of my family because we have NO iphones. This app is just an ad anyway. Hugely disappointed.
No android support, believe it or not you'd be better off with android users, not only majority of the population of smartphone users, but they also happen to be more tech savvy.
The lock only works about one time in three, even with the supplied tag. When they said that it worked with Android, I didn't think they meant that it worked with only two android phones! Hope the company goes broke for it's dishonesty.
Very disappointed that kwikset hasn't realized that the tech savvy people who buy there products are mostly android users and the app doesn't even work. Even says playstore on the box. Complete BS!! Returning tomorrow. Waste of time and money...besides, how does this tie in with Nest exactly??

Useless App - Customers want the Kevo App for the lock
This is pathetic and I'm returning my lock! Without an app you should, at a minimum, give more than one key fob to the customer! Who is running this project at kwikset? They need to be fired, asap!
Kevo set, at $200+.... excuses... .. too expensive for the poor performsnce.. still trying to have it working with my Samsung G5. Their App so far is only advertisement and even does not have the Kevo demo
How dense can this company be? Look at the user support for Android and the market share graphs for devices. Make better choices.

Kwikset continues to blame Android "lack of compatibility" for their lack of an Android-compatible version of the Kevo app. One can very easily look up a list of Android "Smart Ready" devices and see that many older phones, and Android OS versions several numbers back, support this technology. It's time for Kwikset to admit they do not have a published timeline for Android development, because they choose to support only iOS devices. Stop blaming Android for ypur lack of an app. Take ownership!
Basically just a commercial. Demos are commercials, not really demos.
Marketing tool which wouldn't be bad if it actually worked. This app and the website are presently useless for the intent. Accidental download but I'm not holding that against them in the review. Looks like it might help give ideas on products if it worked. My home hub app ultimately was the answer.
