KWSB Online Tanker System

Firstly the process of register the compliant is very difficult and Its map selection function is just uff.. Secondly the app is totaly out from its purpose it cannot take request after sharp 8.00 AM while its system take 2 mins for the processing. So kindly resolve this issue to get the more users and get rid from the Bad feedbacks.. Thanks :)

Facility is no doubt very convenient but very unreliable. 90% of the times it says your tanker is already booked. Even though it isn't. No one on my street uses it, still I rarely get to book it. Plus you book it now and you have no idea when the tanker will actually come. It takes days. Sometimes it doesn't come at all. And no one to register the complains!

Not sure what they think the point of this app is but it's definitely not supposed to be to make booking tanker impossible. I've been trying to book a tanker for some half hour and the app keeps showing connection timeout / error. If you won't even let us book tankers then you might as well delete this app from play store since it's useless. I'm assuming it's an update issue because I ordered tanker through the app a few weeks ago. They delivered after 1.5 week but atleast we were able to book.

Pathetic app. Since its last update from yesterday, the app is continuously showing connectivity error. Each and every option is displaying connection time out, even the user guide manual. We are not able to request tanker for the past 2 months. It always get stucked after confirmation or at gallon and we don't get the request number even after confirmation.

App has gone through a lot of major changes and it is much more stable than it was first luanched - over all - its working as intended. But still needs a lot of improvement. Suggestion: kindly decrease the time period of requesting another taker from 14 to (at least) 10 days or make the 2000 gallan option avaiable again.

I tried to order tanker from 8am to 9am, but i get the message "check internet connectivity", although my internet is working completely fine. When you order later in the day, you get message that limit for your area is over. I haven't been able to get water through this app recently.

As expected... absolutely pathetic application and procedure. New registration is not possible because of some error in the link with Google maps while for existing users, one cannot apply for water before two weeks if he has consumed this (so called) facility once. Moreover, once you register your request, the tanker approaches you after at least one day even you keep following up with the Hydrant staff for the purpose. The manual system was way 1000 times better than this Google app system!

It's very convenient to request tanker. Sometime it takes very long to get delivery. There should be a specific waiting period so that one can make alternate arrangement if Online tanker is unable to deliver for any reason.

Responds better than the one with the previous interface. And the interface is more user friendly. But still does not give time for delivery... which extends to a few days.

The app server is very slow and irresponsive. For last 3 weeks, it never happened on a single day that resut is successful, it keeps buffering on please wait for more than half an hour and then the app stops later it says the consumption is over for the day.

Whoever software company developed this app has incompetent developers. They must have an idea of traffic coming to app. It crashes during the booking at the end keeping loading and at the end up with connection time out. Customer service is pathetic. They don't even now how to talk and have no answer for any question. I wish I could rate it negative.

App is nice and very convenient. However still lot of work is required in order to make it usable. When it allow us to request for the tankers, the server takes ages to respond.

Pathetic app ever! I tried booking a tanker right at 8 a.m. and this app gave me a message that gallons limit is exceeded, try again tomorrow. How come the gallons limit is exceeded in just one minute? Also, most of the time this app becomes slow. I fill the details right at 8 and it takes this app 15 minutes to proceed! I'm trying to book a tanker for a week now & this app has giving me the same message every single time! This app does nothing but wastes our time! Try to fix this app! Useless!

Really bad experience with this app. The development team of MSCL (Millenium Systems and Consultants) had not fully developed and optimized the application. A large amount of traffic apply for the tanker and the app crashes everytime and now it is showing another problem "Connection Timeout" even though my internet is all good. The KWSB department is already corrupt and now this software company too. Kindly don't use this app and give it 1 star so that everyone should know about their real faces

Excellent app. Just a problem with a supplier that they normally don't send the ordered quantity, instead send only half supply. That's a mis-commitment. Otherwise very good initiative. Very good app.

The recent update is not an update rather degrade b/c earlier we were @ least able to use app but after update we are just seeing "Time Out". Kindly fix this issue ASAP, otherwise there is a chance of increase in bad words for you the IT persons.

I am a regular user of this app but since the last update I'm unable to generate a request because it always get stuck on please wait after selecting tanker service. It keeps rotating till the daily limit is over. I start at sharp 8 AM without any delay but still it get stuck there.

Requested 3 tankers from this app so far. Water Tankers were delivered twice with the lapse of 3-6 days however one tanker was not delivered beside lodging complaints. No one bothered to resolve the complaint either. Otherwise if the delivery team works promptly the way this app is designed it can do wonders.

Has some glitches and hang ups, but gets the job done in regards to submitting requests. Would like to see improvements in the near future for better experience.

The application is good but the server that processes the request is really very very slow. I have to wait for 5 min or longer for the server to process my request. Sometime I have to log out of the application and then log in again because the server gets hanged. Please make sure that the server should process our request in a minute or two. The time lapse should not be more than that. I think this is the major flaw in this application. Thanks

The old app at least worked on my phone this new version needs too be fixed... Does not show any type of services to choose from in the tanker service pop up... so i am unable to order at all.

only twice my order went through and then gets cancelled automatically without an explanation. rest of the time it says daily quota exceeded. i wonder how much money was wasted in developing this app at our expense. this is just like karachi roads which gets washed away with each rain. another fraud.

Very Slow... 1st: always on "please wait" option. 2nd: if commercial tanker is not available then why don't you take down this option from your ots app. Doing this will significantly reduce the time to order tanker from 30 minutes to 10 minutes. 3rd: please slide the "number of days limit lock " from 10 days to 5 days. The app use to work fine. However it is not working since 10 days. I tried to log my water application exactly at 8 am but after wasting my 20 minutes, it gives message that daily water quota is full, try again tomorrow at 8am. Is anyone getting water tanker from this application for past week??
