Video lags. Click on a link and when I try to go back it returns to the top of the list of stories/links instead of where I was. Unable to share a link with friends or family via text msg or messenger. Overall, it feels clumsy and unreliable.

Since the update, I now have the weather guy automatically talking, which is annoying. I think it's great that it's available, but I dont need to hear the weather as soon as I open up the weather portion. Also, the app is really slow at opening or sometimes doesn't even open. Disappointed with the update.

With the new update the app automatically starts playing a video. You can't look at the app when someone is sleeping or it wakes them up. There needs to be a way to shut this annoying feature off.

If you click on a notification, it just gets stuck on the loading screen. Does it load the article 10 minutes later? I have no idea because I haven't bothered to wait. I have a $1000 phone, so don't blame the phone. Sell out to kxvv so they can fix your app.

Terrible, at least on my phone. Gives me alerts, and when I try to get them, I get a big ad covering the whole screen. I delete that, and then the app won't load. I have to go to the website directly

I am unable to enlarge pictures now on the news reports. I used to be able to open a news report and then also tap on the picture and I could enlarge it to see better detail but now it just shows me a black screen.

The news is not updated regularly. The app doesn't work properly. Ads show up before the local news does. Channel 25 app is alot more user friendly.

Everytime I go to the weather the video starts playing automatically and can't shut it off. It used to not do that, but since it does this I'm using another news station

This app is a good tool for finding out what is going on in Central Texas but, the articles are so short and go into no depth. Reading the title gives more information than does the article.

Pathetic app. If you turn notifications off, they turn them back on in order to advertise that their news reader, Collier, is having a concert.

I used this app a lot for local weather but now that the daily forecast video auto plays on the main weather page I wont be using it until there's an option to disable auto playing of videos.

The android version of this app is terrible. It takes forever to load and most of the time it never loads at all. I am going back to using my iPad version.

i have tried to install this app several times. i get it installed and i try to use it and it doesn't respond. then the box pops up that it is not responding and to close the app. i just want it for the weather anyway so i will find something else

HATE that your weather video WITH SOUND begins whether I want it to or not. Not always in a situation conducive for this. Can't find a setting to disable this. Will get uninstalling.

Every story read resets back to first one. Thats fine if you have only 2 or 3 stories but a pain otherwise. changed rating after fix. Resets only occasionally

This has gotten way worse, I get the ads but takes forever to load. It's the closest thing to local news in Killeen, fix it!

Crashes repeatedly. You can read about two lines, then crashes, same thing over and over again!

Too many advertisements and too politically biased. The app keeps shutting down while trying to read news articles.

I just uninstalled this app. I am unable to read any current news releases since early June 2020. I will reinstall to see if it fixes the problem. If not, I will use a different app.

It started working great news when I clicked on it , the past month its mabe I get news or tv show or movie , it's a news app if I want anything else I have apps for them fix it .

Crummy app, started showing only adds for news. Also most off the adds are questionable the majority of the time and it's slow

News stories are not updated often enough, especially on weekends. Stories are lacking details.

This app use to be Great but now it is Not. Too many ads. And doesn't want to load right or won't load at all. Especially here recently.

As others have said, the app is now unstable on and off Wifi. Other news apps work fine. It's a shame as it was really good.

Slow loading forces you to unckeck the breaking news notification or your phone will be going off have to uncheck the boxes every time i open the app problem solved just uninstalled the app goodbye

Suddenly, this app has become very unstable. It seems to quit most times I use it. It was much better before the update.

Since I upgraded I have been so disappointed in channel 10 that was the only station I watched now I do not go to it because you can't get any stories you can't good good good Morning America very very disappointing bring back the old channel 10 please

For the last 2 months, this app has been horrible! Nothing but glitches!! This was my go to, but I will be looking for a new one!
