I have a Galaxy 9. The sound volume is of my VO is faint; I can barely hear myself. I see that others have reported this same issue and they all seem to be Android users. Is there a fix in sight?

I have been paying for this service now for over a year and have not been able to create one video in that time frame. I have been using a Galaxy Note 4 and 5 and neither of them have been able to properly create a video. Really disappointed.

The concept of this app is excellent. The execution and usability could be improved. I have a Bluetooth noise-cancelling mic yet this app will only work with a plug in Lapel mic. I'd really don't want to have to buy more supplies just to use the app professionally.
