The Member Services area lets you request an ID card, change your doctor, update your contact information or ask L.A. Care a question.
VIEW CLAIMS
Access new, pending and closed claims. This feature is only available for members who receive claims.
SECURITY
You must always sign in with your username and password to access features. Without that information, no one can reach your personal data. It is safe and secure.

You must sign in to access features. Only members of L.A. Care Health Plan are allowed to sign in and use the application.

This app barely works. It freezes constantly and if once you eventually get logged in you will learn it's useless. Need to get on the computer if you actually need to get anything done.
Two factor authentication was added but you can't get it on the app so it basically made the app useless because you can no longer login. The tech support team for this app must be braindead.
Requires 2 factor authentication, doesn't give you a place to enter the code. If you ae able to login, it's impossible to find anything, such as bill payment.
I installed the dunmb app ... still couldn't simply pay my bill online or app...it was ridiculous and very low budget ...never experienced an app where I couldn't simply pay a bill !
Useless app. Website basically forces you (by bombarding with the ad for the app) to download this but cant even pay your monthly bill with it.
This app is made basically just information about your insurance coverage, in case you forgot to bring your insurance ID with you. Can't use to pay.
This app is pretty much useless. Save your phone storage and just use the website through your browser.

it keep logging out for 60 mintues all the time and you can never get in.

Previously was very limitrd. Now none of the features of the app work at all. It'll redirect to website, but either unable to sign in, or read anything on page due to text overlapping itself. App development team needs to scrap & begin over
