Bought the WiFi light from Lidl, had it professionally installed as it states you have to. All working until the point where you've to use the app. It flashes red, I hit to connect and then the camera flashes green yet the app continues to count down. It then won't allow a search again as the camera stays green. So I've to reset the camera before it allows me to repeat the process with the red light. Still won't connect to the camera after repeated attempts. So now I've a camera I can't use!
USELESS. Won't let me register. Then I have to use a different email address every time I retry to register as it saves the previous email address on their system and won't let me re-use it as it thinks the email address belongs to another account!!! FRUSTRATING! I am sick of setting up new email addresses for this just to get a stupid error message. Must call Lidl where I bought the camera and see what they think of it as it's obviously a common fault! If I could give less than 1 star I would!!
Very hard install There is problem with many routers. Trayed 2 routers, no luck, hard to config. It shout be software problem at all. Finaly i done with hotspot from another phone, need 3-4 atemps (cam reset) to wifi config. Done but not recommend. Very slow transfer, very hot base, app lagging
Dreadful. Bought this, tried to register without acknowledgement. Wouldn'tet me enter a password. Now I've got it to the point where it says I have an account but wont reset the password. Keep getting error 6005009 eternally. Pretty damn near useless. Light works so 1 star
Terrible app, bought a wifi security camera from Lidi, took ages to set app up, very complicated after eventually setting it up now when opening app you get error after error, the app needs major work, wasted over €100
I cannot find the Reset button as I've lost my original box with camera manual and it's now useless. Can someone point me to the button? I've taken the whole thing apart and I cannot see it anywhere...
After about 20 attempts finally logged into the camera, then immediately it logs me out. As soon as I installed a memory card, the motion detection stopped working
Couldn't register with Android version, so used iPhone version. When registered, app works v well, but giving 3 stars for registration problem;
After update this works perfectly!!! Very satissfied with camera and app!!! Good job!!!
Bought camera €80 Paid electrician to install €100 can't use it as this app won't let me register waste of money and time

I've this app installed now with two cameras, and its now running fairly well (though there are still occasional errors that generally can be overcome by repeating the instruction). Getting to this point was a very frustrating experience getting it up and running, so I hope the developer reads this. There are two big issues when installing. The first is fairly obvious, but it isn't explicit in either the printed material that came with the camera, or the downloadable instructions: Install won't work if you don't have an SD card in the camera. Thinking about it, the app must be writing password/username to the camera memory - which is the SD card. The second is way less obvious, but the clue is in the fact that so many bad reviews here are from people in Ireland - you are asked to select a country for daylight savings. If you select Éire (which technically is incorrect as everything else is in English - it should be Ireland here), it won't work. I can only guess the fáda is causing problems. If you select United Kingdom, it'll work. Very frustrating, could easily have given up, and I suspect most people without a history in software/testing would have.
