Depositing checks is near impossible. Whatever software they use to take the picture is terrible. I've been hoping they will fix this issue with every update but they still have yet to correct it. I just spent 30 minutes taking the same picture of my check in perfect lighting with a solid black background and it finally went through after way too many tries.

It is a good app. I like that I can connect it with my bank app to transfer money, although it does take a few days. I also like that I can pay my card off on here. However, when trying to view past transactions and payments made, it transfers you to a different page that is awkward and not easy to navigate.

I have used this app for years. Until the June 2021 update, I loved the app. When it updated it erased all of my login information and did not give the option to use my fingerprint. I'm giving it a few days and if it doesn't change I'm erasing it off my phone. I literally try to use the app and it automatically shuts down, I can't even try to login.

Switched from Galaxy S7 to S9. Installed and worked fine. A few weeks later, the S9 died and I had to switch back to the S7. Won't work. Somehow along the way they changed it so it requires Android 8+. Every other banking app I have works fine on this phone except for this one. Guess I will be making my exit plans...

Super easy to use. Lots of options. Dont have to call to do transfers or check balance . Sometimes it doesn't have your available balance updated, or show when a withdraw has been made and can be confusing on how much is actually in your account.

Easy peasey. If you have a check from a business and it says so many days from the issue date, you might get a message back. But after you inspect it and hit accept, the app will take the check. That's the only glitch I had. This app will tell you how to hold your phone for an automatic picture of your check, both front and endorsed on the back. You can also take the picture yourself if desired. The app will compare the amount on check with amount you entered as well.

Great app. Easy to use. Updates quickly after transactions. Shows recent and pending transactions along with balances of all accounts. Easy to move funds from one account to another such as from savings to checking.

If I could give minus stars I would. The check deposit function is unwieldy for no reason. The auto capture rejects its own images and manual capture never works. Also, I'm rarely notified of account issues until it's too late to do anything about them. Also, the 3rd Party Bill Pay is a nightmare.

It is so convenient to be able to have your account at your fingers to access anytime on your schedule, not there's. During the national Covid pandemic, some branch hours were limited to only drive-thru and an appointment was recommended for in person service requests. Their employees have been really helpful during this time

Great app. Works well. Easy to pay bills. One recommendation is that bills that are paid the day that I am looking don't show up in the "scheduled" bills and also haven't been subtracted from the account.

This is a great app, you give notice when you do maintenance on the system so I can do what I need in advance. Thank you for having mobile banking. If you all could except Comcheck that would help me out alot. I am a pilotcar and get paid that way alot. It means I have to get them authorized thru Comdata ...and for that I have to be at a bank or cash them in a Truck Stop. It would be great if u all could do that, keep the check on hold until authorized.

Love it!! Makes it so easy to keep up with your balance and to make payments to others who have the same app!! Also makes it soo much easier to transfer money from savings to checkings!!

Amazing and easy interface. Wonderful deals and saving opportunitys! An all around excellent and informative banking app! Would recommend to anyone who can't run to the bank when that need to check there balance!

It's down for maintenance way too often and mainly in the evenings when you need it most. Updates, updates, updates! Good grief!!! Also, the fingerprint log in works right most of the time, it's getting a little better.

Easy to use. The onlynthing I would change is the writing for check deposit. It is too long and my deposit have been rejected for missing one preposition. The words "deposit only" should be enough.

The mobile deposit feature used to work great....but now it never works. I think a recent "update" totally rendered it worthless. The camera capture of the check does not work. Now gotta make trip across town and stand in line to give them my money!

Have been banking with L&N since I was 5 years old. My grandfather worked for the L&N railroad. These people are my extended family, and we love them all at both branches. This app helps me to manage my money easier and although it helps so good I do t get to see my family often anymore, we still love everything L& N has to offer. Amazing app, flawless and your constantly updating and it shows. Tha k you so much

Check deposit capturing could not figure out that the authorizing signature was on the right side instead of the left like usual and took 10+ tries to get it to go through. Honestly do not know how it went through. We'll see if it gets deposited.

It's always having problems, it will just not work sometimes. Takes forever to update account balance. Sundays show you have more money than you actually do. Mainly is the app just not working saying no information to display.

This app does what you need. An nothing more the design is perfect. Good app an even better people that work for the company. This is a must for the digital age. To stay ontop of your grind an finaces

I love banking with L&N. This app has been so handy. I do wish there was more detail options for viewing transactions but other than that it's been great.

I used Daisy by phone previous to this app. to make changes. I'm a visual person and I much prefer this app. Have never had any issues. I've banked at L&N since the 1980's - my best decision ever!

can not display your account information. for the last week, EVERY TIME, I go on this app, it shows cannot display your account information at this time. I can use this same phone to go online and sign in. there are currently no updates available.

Great banking app. Easy to use. Makes it easy to keep up with my accounts and make transfers for one account to another.

It takes me having to open it twice to get it to actually open... I open it the first time ... Use my fingerprint... It crashes. I open it a second time... Use my fingerprint... Then it works!

Make it easier to deposit checks. PNC has a way to capture the picture of the check. Very user friendly.
