App doesn't work on Android 9. Emailed to tell them and got no reply and app still doesn't sync anything. What's the point when I have to write down my daily steps to record. The watch will not bind with my new phone. It will bind with my old one. Come on and fix it and I'll amend my rating...
Hello! It would really help if you could fix the app in a way that would enable users to use other apps which requires security like banking apps. There's a virus and it wouldn't allow me to use my banking app unless I delete l8star. So frustrating.
Most of the app functions do not work.. Sleep monitoring does not work steps taken does not work and the app is always asking for an update and nothing is updated.. I tried this app on ios and Android.. It keeps the correct time with a 24hr clock no changing the either..😔 this app and watch is PURE TRASH...
Sleep monitor does not work at all. App keeps on asking to upgrade when i run the update the watch doesn't record any data. The only app in the app store is version 1.3.9. yet it is not the latest?
device is total waste of money, time and effort. after 3 days and 2 firmware updates pedometer stopped working. why does it require GPS to connect to software? sounds like someone is trying to spy on you.
Its only accurate on the time and date. I have just completed 3k's and it tells me I have only 1.14k and my blood pressure was lower than it was at rest. More work needed. Firmware does not update either
L8 star isnt compatible with Android devices. It keeps on saying the app is infected. So I have a watch that I can not use at all
Well I just got It.....Downloaded the App from Google Play but not the one in the Booklet you get Its useless did NOT Work at All. But the L8STAR App works some what.... The Time has NOT Syncronized yet... I will see tomorrow if IT Tells TIME Right Now is 9:15pm and the Watch Says 13:23 military TIME and the date today is 04/19/21 and the Watch says 01/01 Wed. So in a nutshell CAN'T SYNCHRONIZE THE WATCH, WRONG TIME,HAVE TO LOOK AT THE SUN TO TELL TIME, DO NOT GET IT IF YOU HAVE A LG STYLO 3 ANDROID PHONE ....GOOD LUCK .... I THINK AMAZON WILL BE GETTING A RETURN SOON
Watch wont connect to app. Stepper kept resetting itself 3 times in less than 3 hours. Going to return it.
Hard to use and I'm pretty sure they just spew out random blood pressure readings.

What is the change log of update?
I've had the device for almost a month. I'm not sure how accurate it's readings are. It seems to measure steps okay . According to the sleep monitor on the app, I never get more than an hour and a half of deep sleep and a little over three hours of light sleep. Sometimes the watch switches the time reading to 24hrs mode. Likewise, the blood pressure reading isn't always accurate. If I were more serious about monitoring these things I would check into other devices.
