the app was working fine, but now just get unending swirly loading symbol ..I don't know what happened, but just tried uninstalling then re-installing the app, No Change, so just uninstalled the app. Please fix the problem
The app works fine. It is a little different navigating to places. I am happy that the app exists. I am looking forward to better app interaction and ease of use.
Can't access the app very frustrated because I'm out of town ...had to call customer service n they stated they'll put a report into tech support...but I see I'm not the only one having this problem...fixxxxxxx7
Unable to use as most of my devices (phone and tablets) apparently are no longer supported. I am not going to replace 4 devices to get access... It will be easier to replace my credit union
This is normally a great app very convenient but as of this Friday the app has been very glitchy. Getting stuck on ther loading screen I really wish they would fix it.
The app is not user friendly for real time text alerts. It is hard to set and not good at all.
Very good for a local state back! Only problem I ever had was remote deposit checking sometimes stalls. Generally, it's great.
Like the app but could improve to where you can have a quick glance at balance without having to login completely.
The app is so convenient, making banking so easy that you don't have to make a "bank run". I do all my banking needs from the app.
it was a great app but for the past few weeks i can't even log in, i deleted and tried reinstall to see if that would fix the problem but no luck.
Been having trouble with this app..used to work fine but now I have to log in about 3 times before i can actually see my account...just stays on the loading page..please fix
Very unreliable. Freezes up while trying to open. Often unavailable.
This app needs some major improvements. I have not been able to log in one time since downloading it weeks ago.
Great app overall only one problem it want let you transfer money from account to another so I'll give it 4 star get the transfer problem fix then I will give it a FIVE
My phone died so I tried using my tablet and it kept wanting to text or call me so I couldn't get on there, very frustrating
Not user friendly. Not easy to find the transactions that need to be performed
App is easy to maneuver and loads quickly. I haven't had any problems as of yet.
App wouldn't recognize browser. Spent an hour on the phone. I'll just 'snail mail' my payments.
I can keep up with balances, make transfers quick and easy.
Thus app is fast. The biometric featute is great. I love the ease in checking my accoynt.

Every time I try to see my loan details the app crashes and logs me out. Useless!!!

Nothing is perfect, hence 4 stars but this is a great app so far.. please don't over update and ruin it..
the app has not opened for me all weekend. trying to get into it again this morning and all.it shows is "loading". can go online and log in juat fine, but i need the app to deposit my checks without going to the branch. i have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail.
