La Crosse Alerts Mobile

Was a good easy app. Now with the redesign it's much more difficult. Yes the new GUI looks nice at first. But in the past when you opened up the app you could see at a glance the temps and scroll down to see them all. Now I have to select each and every one individually to see the temp. This is not an improvement it's a step backwards. Again yes it looks fresh but really I need to see all my refrigerators and freezer's at a glance I don't have the time to go into and out of every single one.

The app works well to view my weather station data, but there is no graph of wind speed. Could you please add wind speed to the graph as well. That information is recorded in the table, so it should be easily available to graph. Another thing I'd like to see on the graph is when you touch the graph and the values open in a box for that observation time, please add a dot on each of the curves showing where those points are on the plot.

Everything works acceptably well and was moderately easy to setup. My only complaint would be that the android app needs to be closed completely and reopened for the data to update. Measurement accuracy has been compared with other meters and proved to be sufficient. Range is very good, the sensor is approx. 30ft from the gateway and signal is 100%.

Ap updated automatically and now it does not see the gateway. When I go to manually enter the address, I cannot get to the submit button. The old app worked fine. This is not progress. I have had issues in the past and I am starting to think it is time to part ways with Lacrosse Mobile. Do they have any competitors?

This used to work. But now, as soon as I enter my credentials, the fields go blank and the screen flickers. I have to kill the app to get out of it. I also installed it on my tablet with the same result. Update: tried it on a 3rd device, same problem.

Flashing login as a user back in September noted. You said sign up for beta version for fix. Nowhere is there a signup for beta. I've bought two sensors and gateway which are now useless because you haven't fixed this issue. Very disappointing. How do I get this set up when your android app won't work. C'mon La Crosse.

Less than thrilled. Email notifications are hit or miss. Both text & app notifications are non-existent. The gateway and sensor are only 100 feet apart, but only reports one time out of five.

Update: The new interface is very frustrating. The main page provides no useful information, you have to drill down for everything. The ability to download the table is a must have.

Only stays connected for max 2 days. Need to reconnected wifi all over again. Temp probe out by almost 4 degrees. Nice looking unit, to bad it doesn't stay connected..... in 10 feet clear view from base. No way I'd pay for service...... please fix this !! Too bad, seemed good (for 2 days) And update the app..... looks like 8 years old.

Too long to log in. I did not choose to update the app and new design. It did it over night and it now is very slow connecting. Do not like it. Takes to long to load data once in the app and outdoor data does not appear in the data list. Outdoor data does load on the chart

Terrible and getting worse. App just goes to blank screen now. Reloaded several times with no success. Can't get alerts to stop even if I uninstall the app.

Cant setup devices. Unboxed everything, downloaded app and created account. Started following directions to add gateway and can get no further. Enter the serial number and get an error saying to factory reset the device which I have done a dozen times now. Called and email tech support as instructed but no response from anyone. I know the device is on my network because scanned my network and its showing up

I am using samsung 20 ultra . great phone. installed this app and when i click icon to open . The entire page flickers aswell as my display and clock and banner bar . I have cleared cache and data logged out and back rebooted phone . the background starts flickering as soon as i start typing my log in details. The only way to exit is to force close it . Something definately wrong with coding on this app .

Worked great until power outage. App lost connection with gateway. While trying to establish connection loss setup info and from this point can't even log on to the app. I'm stuck!!

The app will no longer display in portrait view on my tablet, it reverts to landscape which provides a mish-mash, completely unusable. "Thanks" for the update which has made the app completely unusable. How could you amateurs screw this app up so badly?

Worked great untill the recent update. Now it doesn't work on my older tablet. Emailed customer service and they confirmed the app no longer works on older devices and told me to use the web site. This update seems to have pissed off a bunch of people. Maybe that should be a clue La Crosse?

It hard is hard to tell where the black box containing measurements corresponds to on the graph... please update the app with some kind on marker on the graph so we know here that info actually belongs. Other than that it is a great item for its value...

The new look is nice, but the app hardly ever works now. It was ok before, but now it won't update the "last seen" time, if it even fully loads. Beta or stress testing must have been non-existant. Very unhappy with this version...

I purchased this app for my rabbitry. I raise Angora rabbits and keeping them cool is very important. I no longer am walking to the rabbitry to make sure the air conditioner is working and they are cool. It also let's me know when the dehumidifier is needing to be emptied, as the humidity reading becomes elevated. I highly recommend this app.

It not the app..its the device. Eats batteries and when you put new ones in the device doesn't reset itself...then it is impossible to get in touch with support. Wish there was another option!

Worthless. Make a widget for Android, similar to what weatherbug has available. It would be nice to see info without having to open the app.

I've been using this app for years and it was great. Now, it won't even open. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still same deal, crashes before it even loads.
