I cannot manage my galaxy tickets with this app. The connection to AXS is broken. Tickets are listed, but management of them is disabled. I waited a couple weeks and looked for updates to the app, but it didn't get fixed. I switched to the AXS app in order to transfer tickets to my pod and to be able to use my tickets on game day. It remains to be seen whether the food-order function for this app is okay.
We're three games into the season the app hasn't updated any scores or stats; and there is no option to order food/drinks on game day from the app as promoted. There is no game day lineup to look at the players playing that day. The app has only served to store my entry tickets, but I can do that with the ticket vendor's application.
Why does a soccer app need to manage and make my phone calls? I denied it permission to do so and there was very little I could do with the app. What a shame, this is very likely a good app for the LA Galaxy, but they do not need permission to manage my phone calls to be able to show me team stats and game stats.
so I have had this app for some time know but now it wants me to give it permissions to make and manage phone calls, I denied and now when app opens it has no information on it. no scores, no schedule and a few other things dont work on it. th is is pretty ridiculous, now I can use the app
App wont start. Just says "there was an error in initial synchronization". Uninstalled and reinstalled and still getting the error.
I just switched to Galaxy S10 and it does not work. Download the AXS tickets app and you can access your tickets from there until they fix the app.
One would think your teams app would be a good place to find out the scores, not this app they are to lacy to post the team's scores! from there it's all down hill I uninstalled.
Tickets can never be scanned at the gate. Always says I need to sign in, even while looking at my info. Looks clean, just needs some QC.

I have to delete and reinstall before every game. They could at least get wifi at the stadium so I don't use up data.
Using Android 6.0 and it won't start, keeps giving sync error and crashes
they really need to keep up with app improvements. still got a long season to go so keep up please

Slow to load and not diligently updated. Good for basic info.
Its a buggy system that doesn't work half the time. Gio put out more work than this app.

should have season schedule and scores for every game/season
I need to print my tickets,but is confusion to do that.
can we at least get an update schedule with game time and where its going to be televised?
It is not updated often.
This app crashes too much

The app won't open, just like others have said in their review. Developers, please fix the app! When I open it, it states "There was an error in the initial synchronization." It does not matter if I am connected to cellular or wifi. I have tried reinstalling the app too.
