I've made more than 30 purchases that are $4 and over in less than a year. However, the app never let's me advance to the next rewards level. I sent a message and have screenshot my transaction history on the app as evidence. Also, the app will not allow any changes to orders. Plus the orders are never ready when the app says they're ready. According to the store I frequent, it's some sort of bug.
I've been using the app for a while just for scanning for points. Then I decided to try ordering through it. The order process works OK as long as you don't make a mistake or change your mind. If you need to edit an order, be prepared to WAIT. I've been watching the little wheel go around for several minutes waiting to remove an item from my order. And it STILL isn't ready. Not impressed with that part.
This app typically works really well for me. I do wish there was some inventory integration for the bakery. A few times I ordered and paid for a certain pastry but then picked up my order to find they didn't have any in stock. So then instead of being able to grab and go I have to wait to get someone to get me something else.
Do not use this app to place orders. The app places orders for you without asking for confirmation. Happened to me twice while I was trying to modify my order and delete unnecesaary items, and suddenly got email saying that my order was placed. It is a pain to get your money back after that. Do not use this app to place orders!
The updated app has serious issues. I used to have a very easy time placing a to go order, then running by to pick it up. Since it's been updated, placing an order has been torturous! It's difficult to edit an order. Why mess up something that worked so well?
App is great for ordering. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you can't remove items. If an item in your order isn't available, there's just no possible way for you to remove it from your order. And trying to close the app and reopen it doesn't help either. And there isn't any way to cancel the entire order to redo it. You pretty much have to clear the app cache and data to redo everything. Makes it extremely frustrating to work with.
This app wouldn't allow me to create account or sign in just kept getting error messages and eventually gave up so they better give me credit for the purchases I made that couldn't be scanned thru the app at time of purchase. I spent $170 here over 2 day period and both times app wouldn't allow me to sign up . I get to page where I enter email and select password , reenter password and everything I hit enter it says an error has occurred. I tried different email with no luck 2 days I tried.
App is buggy. whenever you attempt to edit an item in your order cart, the screen just goes blank and then times out but never changes so once you add an item to your cart, there is no changing or ability to remove it. Very frustrating
The app doesn't work very well. I get emails saying I have rewards but they NEVER show up in the app. Not once since you switched to the app have I gotten my birthday dessert. Very disappointing!
Terrible. I literally never get to use this app. I have rewards that I can't redeem because it won't let me order anything through the app. Just says Error and Retry, but the retry never works. I just love wasting my time with apps that are super buggy and don't do what they say they do.
So, I had to clear my phone cache, and now the app, even after reinstalling, won't let me log in. There is ONE button to Login or Register, but it takes me only to a registration page after I enter my email address. But then it tells my email address is already registered. I guess I lost all my rewards.
Refuses to work half the time. Incapable of using rewards. Easily the most frustrating ordering app I have ever used. Don't bother with it, you'll regret it.
The app has failed 99% of the time in 2021. It consistently quits prior to completing the order. The only use for it is earning and redeeming rewards in the restaurant.
There is no way that I can see to change the credit card assigned to pay while scanning. I have never seen an app that does not allow profile edit.
I really dislike that the app will send push notifications around 4 or 5 am!!!!!!! Who in the world thought that anybody would be happy to be wakened up Sunday at 5:20 am for a stupid brunch offer. The app sure is practical and easy to use, hence the 2 stars.
they need to fix this app. it has never let me remove anything from the order and sometimes it adds duplicates and theres no way to remove them. when i try to remove an item it never loads to be able ti remove something. very disappointed.
This app USED to work great. Since last update it cant find my local store!! I'm in OK but app says closest store is in San Antonio & it wont accept zip code search. Really frustrating!!! You need to fix this!!!
Placed an order using this useless app. When I arrived at the restaurant the app showed "place order" and I did not get a confirmation email. I didn't think the app placed my order. So I left. When I got home I reviewed an email confirmation of my order. Why doesn't this app have a current/pending order menu to check the status of your order?
I CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS FREAKING APP! If I want to edit something after ordering (but before I pay), I have to uninstall the entire app and then reinstall it because it refuses to load. When trying to scan the app for the rewards, it only has the payment code, which is not the reward code. Meaning: you can only get the rewards by ordering via the app, but cannot edit what you want after you put it in your cart if you change your mind. Don't waste your time on this. It's honestly not worth the hassle. Just order via laptop and not worry about rewards. They're not worth it.
