I've changed my review from 4 stars to 2. While scrolling I was asked to verify I'm a human twice. Now my basket won't load. I spent considerable time choosing items and now I can't see them. Then the home page wouln't load! Other items shown in photos could be listed at the bottom, such as matching items. The similar items option doesn't work. The place where you add promo codes needs to be larger and more obvious.
No basket For over two weeks been trying to view my basket, I've deleted and reinstalled, same issue everything else open apart from basket....noticed others have had the same issue and there's no update. Can the developer not respond to anyone...editing my review from February cos that how long I've been unable to view my basket and its now may....fix the issue everyone's review can't be wrong
I love La Redoute but the app isn't working properly at all. The basket keeps loading to a blank page, same with my account page, I can't seem to add to my wishlist... Hugely frustrating. I just got a new phone and the app is up to date, so it's definitely not me!
Glitches have returned including keeping things in basket when you have checked out. Not adding promo codes at checkout. Still showing 'Last seen' even when you have checked the removal X or 'cleared all' on the app. And cleared cache etc. This is important as a security issue and to stop Google's spammy ads!! Please fix this properly. Have reduced stars because of these issues!! Have removed entirely from my phone.
Temperamental App, app keeps freezing when I go to basket. Took forever to get into basket precisely 4hrs . I even deleted app and still didn't work. This caused me to lose some of my stuff in basket and ended up out of stock. This is not the first time this has happened. Very frustrating 😩
Just read some of the reviews, and it seems we're all having the same problem, choosing items then you when you goto the basket it's not showing anything, just a blank page. Gave five stars as they are good to shop with, an when you have a problem their customer services are very helpful and efficient.
Searching for items is easy but just recently I can't see anything in my wishlists or basket. All greyed out. So can't purchase anything through the app...so can't be bothered to use it! Please fix. Now April and still having the same issues!!
La redoute is fab, the app is useless. I don't know what's gone wrong, it used to be great but lately nothing loads on it. It won't show your basket, allow you to add items to wish lists and account page to view or pay rarely loads.
I LOVE the products as they are always high quality....BUT the App is dreadful! Basket doesn't load, can't save to wishlist....I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times. The quality of products would award 5 stars, but due to the app only 3
I love la redoute. Previously gave them 5 stars as I've always had a good experience with purchasing from them and with costumer service. But the app itself. Oh my God it is so frustrating. Super slow. Sometimes basket doesn't load or item lists don't load or just overall doesn't work. Very poorly made app, too many issues. I'll give it a 3 start only because I like the shop itself.
The app no longer works, I cant order anything on it, I cant see my account details etc either. I've cleared data and cache and re-installed it, still no success.
App used to work much better but now struggles to load basket/ account details/ blogs etc. Have un- & re- installed which has helped but still not as smooth sailing as I'd like unfortunately!
Uninstalled as cannot access Basket. Reinstalled & still unable to access Basket! Update: 19/4/22: Now able to access basket but not my account to make a payment. Given that this method is designed to make shopping easy, esp so for disabled people like myself who are housebound, it's becoming an absolute pain to use.
Last stage of payment process is painful and I end up leaving things in my bag because I can't be bothered spending so much time on trying to pay for something! Apart from that all good.

My basket won't load and I have to keep spotting traffic lights to prove I'm human. When it works the app is good- accurate filters and easy to navigate
Poor app that has not worked once. You add to your basket but when you go to view the basket the page stays blank. Same if I go to my account it just won't load.
It's ok but wish I could have the option to read reviews in French as one does on the website. English isn't 'my language' although I am in UK (it's Welsh) and would like to see the French.

Very disappointed service didn't receive the item in 10 working day Customer service is the worse service worse then China post. At least they try to deliver 14 days. Still didn't receive the item.
I had trouble getting to the basket to check out. If I put something in the basket from my computer, when I open the App later, the item doesn't appear
Excellent app, very easy quick and precise, can't fault it,so easy no messing about excellent.
if I wanted to make a purchase it would be impossible via the app as I can't open my basket to see what's in it nor complete a purchase... frustrating!
It's fabulous being able to browse the wide range of fashion and home essentials via the app.
The app doesn't load correctly, I can browse the catalogue but can't view my account or basket. I've had to uninstall it :(

Cannot complete any purchase. This app used to be great. Worked fine. Now, the basket will not load at all, I cannot get onto my account page to view past purchases; my balance or make payments. This may as well be an ad, as browsing is all it's good for. I have un-installed and re-installed. Still the same problems. App support email is also invalid, so no one to sort this out!
