Unusable garbage, crashes after 5 seconds when entering the play menu, even with a 120hz screen it's at 10 fps when loading a big feed. That all on a Samsung S21 Ultra not the experience I expect from an app like this.
Good, few improvements are required. It is not intuitive how to add a card on a person when buying a ticket. The card on the profile is not taken into account. The full report doesn't have the slope number. On the plus side: The map is high resolution. Loads fast. Lifts show the times they operate. Purchases are fast.
This app was rewritten for the 2019-2020 season. It is a disaster. It is a regression from the app for the 2018-2019 season in every way imaginable. Not only is most of the previous functionality missing, but the redesign makes it close to unusable. It is also very unreliable. The UX is catastrophic. It would be better to revert to the 2018-2019 and make iterative improvements. The rewrite is an unmitigated failure. The sunk costs in developing it should be accepted and it should be abandoned.
This app leaves much to be desired. Like favorites. Search function aint working consistently. Often subpages dont load
1st time in all the years of using this {was} great app the update is bad. Where is the weather - we are in the mountains this is important not where to eat ffs. No longer easy to navigate around the app, Design over function. Also taking close to minute to open and who's bright idea was it to cover the map with webcam thumbnails
Best user experience I've had in a long time. Was looking for a vegan restaurant and got matches (which I did not expect tbh) within two clicks. The map inside the app is a big plus and has very nice features. Data is super accurate and up to date. Never had any issues with this app - great job 💪
Very bad usability. Ordering a meal feels like Internet in the 90s. Hard to navigate, bad pre-selections.
Yesterday I downloaded the app and bought a lift ticket successfully , today it has been updated and I cannot purchase a ticket for tomorow without a prompt saying "your app is outdated, update to access the improved version". So I update the app in the Play store, get the same message.. I uninstall the app and redownload from the Play store, it asks me to, login again. As soon as I click on the ticket store I get the error message again. Reboot the phone , no fix. I cant even buy a lift ticket!
After one year, it appears there is endless bugs in this app! I revised my rating from 3 to 2! My leaderscore status is misably changed from #2 on 22.11 to # 4590 on 26.11 when the ski resort was closed! How can that be??? 2 stars app which isn't able to get the basic right!
Test your code before releasing updates! The new app looks nice but the live cams don't work properly. Once clicking on a live stream you can't see any others, and the one you can see displays like trash.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS ON THIS APP. They are simply trying to take advantage of those who use this app. 1. The ticket office won't help with any issues with the tickets purchased on this app. 2. If you buy online, they will not give you a refund if the weather is bad and the lifts are all closed, which if you get the daily pass at the base, you can totally get a refund ON THE SPOT. 3. The tickets on this app is not best price, you can quite often get cheaper same day tickets at base.
Be very careful not to (accidentally) book more than one ticket on the same physical card, as you won't get any notification or warning if you do and will have to pay 5 CHF to re-book the second. Super slow. Should provide detailed lift operating hours.
App doesn't work properly, can't login or buy tickets - buttons not responsive.
Very unintuitive. Tried to order food, and had to spend too much time finding anything (why is this under Explore and not Shop?). Ended up calling the restaurant and let them know the App is not usable for that purpose. It seems this is just a very bad browser-app; why not make a good website?
The app crashes on Android (we are three people, it did it to each one). It only works on an iPad which is not useful at all because we cannot use it on our phones.
Terrible experience. Just wanted to see the prices, turns out I have to download an app (this one) and make an account to do something as basic as that. Ridiculous.
Adding group members and buying tickets is difficult. The save button is always greyed out. The friends feature only worked for 1 of our group of 4.

From great app last year to average since this season start. Many functions missing, slow and not as user friendly anymore.
The app no longer works on my Note9, it crashes on starting it up, can't book lift tickets and blue passes for the upcoming ski season. Android update?
Non intuitive. Outdated lift info at times. Lift rides with ski-pass don't sync to the "play" account.
The UI is not intuitive and Perfomance is absolutely bad, please go back to last year version!
The most annoying process to buy a ski ticket. User expwrience ia really bad. With the prices they charge for tge tickets I expect better.

Ticket purchase does not work. Has to get fixed by the local cashier. Unfriendly, plus it costs an additional 5 CHF. Do NOT use this app.

Non-functional. Downloaded->Opened->Few Intro Slides->Kaputt. App just closes now. Start screen and then fail.
Can't buy a season pass via the phone, when I click on the "ad" I only get a blank page. A bit annoying since the last day for pre-purchase prices ends in a few days.
