I was tested a few weeks ago and was told to call for my results if I didn't hear from them after a date. The person I spoke to insisted I could get my results online, so I created an account on the website. Then I received a text to enter a number into "your app" to get my results, but this app won't let me log in to my account. This is the only LabCorp app I have found in my phone's app store. Checking on a computer shows the LabCorp Patient app is not compatible with my phone. This is ABSURD
Lab Corp won't honor appointments unless you check in on this app. After over a hour of trying, I have been unable to log in and there appears to be no way to get any technical assistance.
LabCorp is disconnected as to how to connect patients with their app. If LabCorp cannot do this simple task, how do they conduct lab test accurately and provide accurate result info to patients. Suspicious as to accuracy and service.
This app is not compatible with my Android phone and I need my covid test results by Sunday... it's Friday already.
I have to wait for a doctor to my covid results I took at marlin stadium. They said it would take 2 days. The app says the above and to wait 4 to 6 weeks for them to be sent my doctor. No way to just get my covid test results. Frustrating as hell. Also it keeps telling me my user name is invalid. The computer allows me on but not this app. The computor also does not let you get your results except from your doctor.😡
Do a search for lab Corp beacon on your phone NOT GOOGLE PLAY just like any other search. Open and add to your phone. I have it in my tablet and use the same login.
I downloaded this app & it tells me since I dont have an acct already set up I have to call. The person I talked to said that I called the wrong department (I called the only # listed) & transferred me to another department. The person informed me that I will not be able to download the app (after I already downloaded it) because I don't have a iPhone.
It was easy to logon and share documents.
Was told to download app but the patient app only runs on android 5.0 or lower nobody has a phone running on that.

Its not something that u can create an account yourself, you need to contact LabCorp for them to create the account for you :-(
Didnt let me log in and they made it hard to use to get your results back so you can let your work know whats going on this site is pathetic

TRIED TO LOAD LAB CORP PATIENT'S AND IT TOOK ME TO PROVIDERS
Lab Corpse - it is obvious that your patients are not your first priority. If it were you would be reading all the comments about this app. The comments go back over a year. Even if you can not work out allowing patients to review their results on a mobile device you should allow a patient to schedule an appointment for lab work. This app serves no one and should be removed.
Downloaded the app, and I followed the instructions to call the toll free number to establish an account. In speaking with the Rep, all I had to do was use my email id as my username, and an email would be sent to me with an account number. Still waiting...
If you read the reviews you can see that for a very long time people have not been able to get the app to work or work correctly. I don't understand why a company like LabCorp that is national, who has been around a very long time and who patients are very dependent on would allow an app like this to exist and not work.
Misleading app title. Need to add "for Providers" to the end of title. The current title implies it is a mobile app for all LabCorp Beacon users, which is not true. Only Health Care Providers can use this app. When I called they give no explanation as to why. Very poor customer service.
I downloaded this thinking I could get my lab results since Quest has a great app for that. WRONG! There is no patient app! And I didn't discover that until this one wouldn't work for me and I called customer service. What a waste of time and energy. Get a patient app, LabCorp! Everyone doesn't carry their laptops around. But most of us DO carry our phones. And sometimes knowing our results ASAP is important. If I could give you a zero score, I would.
This app doesn't work any better than the one doctors have to try to use in the office. Customer service is rude and gives the impression they couldn't care less if the app works or not and are merely a waste of their precious time. Lab Corp's customer service standards are about even with Comcast's! Nonexistant!!
Labcorp is behind the competition in nit having an app or a mobile Web site for patient results. Healthvault is a piece of {bleep}
The app doesn't work. Labcorp knows it doesn't. They'll tell you they don't know when, or if they'll get the app running or not. They even told me they plan to just leave the app in the store inoperable because no one has really complained about it. The only answer is for EVERYONE who it isn't working for to unistall it. It MAY, and I repeat MAY work for doctors, but patients need to get rid of it. Then, maybe Labcorp will fix it. Though, Google should have gotten rid of it long ago.
Stick with Quest. These people want your microsoft account. Is that weird or what. I will never use lapcorp again. Now they disabled my account. Haha.
THIS IS NOT THE APP YOU USE FOR COVID-19 RESULTS FROM WALGREENS. YOU NEED LABCORP PATIENTS! Unfortunately it seems to be incompatible with Alot of Android phones. Took 4 devices to find one that works with it. Most less than a year old..
