Ubable to schedule an appointment even though that shows as an option. After logging in and choosing "schedule appointment" and then choosing the location, I keep getting repeated error messages as soon as I click on "yes" for the question if I will be fasting. App keeps generating "Sorry! Looks like something went wrong on our end. Please try again later." Except later... same thing happens.

The apps login doesn't work. I was wanting easy access to my labwork and notifications so I was excited to see that an app was available. To my disappointment, it doesn't really work. Everything looks fine until you need to sign in, then it just loops or tells you there is something wrong with your password when there isn't and the fingerprint doesn't really help matters either. It can also be very slow at loading or doing certain things, like using the password reset.

Does most of what it needs to do but it has two issues. When you arrive at the lab, there is no easy way I can see to pull up an existing appointment to check in. Also, I have never gotten the fingerprint scanner to work with my LG Q7. There is no way to turn it on in settings so I presume it reads the fingerprints already stored in the phone. My fingerprint scanner works for everything on my phone except this app. Please fix or tell me how to get working.

Missing essential functions: App has a link for logging in with biometrics but it doesn't work. If you have a scheduled appointment you can check in using the app but walk-ins are required to check-in at the kiosk and can't check in via the app. Both are major drawbacks of using this app Any attempts to email the developer results in an automated email saying you're not authorized to email them

Worst app ever. There is no authentication process just an error message that says it failed to authenticate. Clicked "here" for help, sent form and ID after no help was provided in regards to an authentication process that was never available. I only got a replied saying that i had to call a phone number that provided no help just sent the form again to fill out. The people working here are completely useless and as this app.

I had no trouble at all out of the app. I had my covid test results from Walgreens in 3 days. I tested positive so it was great to be able to go on the app & get my results as soon as they were available bc its important to know something that serious & I was able to see any labs that my doc had run on me all the way back to 2011. I would recommend this app to anyone. Others said they've had trouble w/ being asked for a fingerprint, I wasn't & it was actually alot less invasive app than most.

I have tried to make an account, both online and on the app over the last month. Every time I add my email address the site goes into an error of technical difficulty. I am not able to create an account and I get sent back to the register page, that is blank. I have tried close to 20 times to register, this is obviously not working for myself and many others on this page. It doesn't look loke anyone is looking at the reviews or trying to fix the issue. this is a joke.

I filled everything out, then when it sent the confirmation code to my email the app froze on the sending confirmation code screen. I waited and it never changed, so I closed the app. Now I can't register again because it says me email is being used when I try to, and that it doesn't belong to an account when I try to log in. The website did not offer anything help-wise in this situation and gave the same results. What a waste of time. Now I can't even access my test results either, so I'll have to take even more time tomorrow to do that. This app sucks.

Five stars when I can get the fingerprint login to work. There is a fingerprint on the login screen that does nothing, and no way to enable biometric login from within the app. Otherwise it's a very good app. Paying a bill is so easy.

what a mess. can't see appointments already set up without typing in confirmation number, which is just stupid. The manage appointments link is buried under the function to set up appointments. the appointments should be on the dashboard. And the kiosk in the office is set up to scan licences, but if the license is faded it doesn't work. what a mess.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. This app is fantastic. I can review my results at any time and use the app frequently to review results with my other providers as well. Minus one star because biometric login does not work. Would be 5 stars if fingerprint login worked. Note to people having login issues - after you enter username and password, the app returns to the login screen for a few seconds before the dashboard appears. Be patient and wait for the dashboard.

This apps used to work great. It now lags and older reports still appear as New with a total of 32, but unable to scroll the list to view all. Then the Recently Viewed category only shows 3 reports. I think a hot fix is needed.

Great functionality of the computer program. Makes reviewing results easy. Also if you choose to make appointments for your blood draws, it's simple to do...plus Labcorp's quality is excellent, their lab work can be trusted, I'm not sure I could say the same about Quest...

Changing my score to -1 Star, since the update I can not login to my account. Contacted LabCorp by phone and spoke to a representative and she said to reload the app and try again...to no avail it failed. PLEASE. FIX THE APP. or reverse the update . Don't mess with a good thing. The system worked just fine with the old version.🤔 (Old review) Its is nice to be able to make an appointment from my mobile. Also to get my results in the palm of my hand. Need to work on the self check in on the app.

I'm just trying to register through the app; I haven't even used it yet! I filled out the preliminary registration info, and a verification page popped up stating that a 4-digit code was sent to my email. I went to my email to copy the code (leaving the original verification window open). When I copied the code and went back to the original window, the verification code page disappeared. I attempted to re-register, but received an error stating that a LabCorp account is already attributed to my email address, and that I should sign in. When I attempted to sign in, I received an error stating there's no account available with my specific email address. When I click "Forgot Password", it again states there's no account with that email address on record. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

My experience has been the worst!! I have never had any trouble setting an appointment online with the old system. There was never any problem with my information. With this today I have been told that my mobile phone is invalid. Then I try to verify my identity by email and it finds something wrong with that. These are numbers and emails I have had for years and have used on LabCorp for years. Needless to say this app gets a NO STAR Rating from me. But I have to give it one star to post this.

The password requirements are insane. Not only does it require upper case, lower case, number, and special, but it doesn't even accept all the special characters. I want to use keepass to generate a password, but there is no way to configure the mobile version for these requirements. This is designed to be very hard to set up for a mobile app.

This needs serious coding and work. Basic problems are: Needs to accept pictures of both sides of an insurance card so it's not need to be required at LabCorp location visits. Phone needs the capability to be scanned so there's no need for requested paperwork. App needs to allow you to move from one lab report to the next (or previous) so you can go through each one without having to start over each time. This is just poor coding without any forethought of user needs. Room to improve...

I had the same problems as numerous other reviewers (couldn't sign in using old credentials, re-created account, then got message saying account already existed, etc.). Anyway, I was finally able to log on using my PC and then the mobile app, which I downloaded shortly thereafter. So far, the app seems okay, although I did not see any way to find the appointment I had scheduled half an hour prior online; maybe there's a lag time before certain information shows up? My old lab results did appear.

Verification quiz didn't work. When I tried to do the verification quiz, none of the questions loaded. I just had a continue and cancel button that didn't do anything. I tried restarting the app and now it won't let me take the quiz in the app. I have to send in a printed version.

Am I the only one who cannot get the fingerprint login to work? I'm running a fully updated Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus, the icon is there on sign-in, but clicking it does nothing. Also, I can't find a settings option to activate fingerprint login. I don't think I'm missing something, but I'm open to being wrong.

This app is great for viewing results. Bill pay, you still have to go to the main website. Making appointments, you still have to go to the main website. You can't even see scheduled appointments on the app. The only thing this app is good for, is to look up your lab results if the doctor's office didn't get them or lost them. There's a lot of potential here. I just wish the developers would use it.

Don't get updates via app or email! I have created a profile and never got test results via email or through the app. I've contacted the company via app and no response, I got an email confirming that my request went through. I have deleted the profile and the app, will try to start from scratch to see if that works.

Terribly optimized for android os. It's literally impossible to interact with the app without it crashing. Considering this is what I'm using to look at my covid test results, I recommend you get your act together.

Creating an account wasn't as hard as others make it out to be. After signing up, was able to see all my lab results from the past few years. App works great so far. Havent used it for invoice payments yet.

It's only good for old results. LabCorp lied that you can use it to schedule appointments. It takes you to the browser. The browser times out & it looses the QR square. You need it to check in when you arrive at the office.

Stupid. It is made literally impossible to make an account if you only have a mobile device. you have to not close your app or it will register your email and make it impossible to make an account but you aren't able to sign in with said account and are sent to the registration again. It's horrible and lazy app development

App is very slow to record any type of information put into it. Very slow and janky. If not for testing results, I would never ever use it. Terrible app. Get your results then purge it off your device.
