Will not recognize proprietary NAS; specifically, LaCie 5Big Network 2. Rendering native os Remote Access near useless. AFP, SMB, or NFS file sharing NOT suited w LaCie Media app?? Worse, app's previous (iteration) platform functioned flawlessly. 5Big Network 2 NAS can only be accessed remotely via Web browser. Unfortunate.
i like how you can organize files and folder but its slow and building media library stop you from doing any. it take too long
Why is access required to telephone & call data? Accepted with view to testing app, & it didn't detect the NAS despite giving it the IP address.
90% excellent mixed with 10% infuriating!!! Still, good overall 👍

Such a convenient and a useful app
This is a useless app that doesn't connect with LaCie's most popular Network Drive, the CloudBox. Made by the same company, but doesn't work. Avoid this app if you're trying to connect to a CloudBox. Hopefully this ridiculousness will be corrected.
Does not find device (CloudBox) and there is no trouble shooting for this.

Lacie products are not the cheapest, I'm surprised that a premium pruloduct like this, recommended by apple, has such a bad connectivity and app. Very disappointing.
Continuously disconnects from server. 2nd February 2015 latest update to app, now most songs have lost the info and are all unknown now. Whats going on?
what is difference with Seagate media App.. which one is recent and active. .. Please remove unnecessary software from market
Not even compatible with LaCie NAS products - same company! Avoid at all cost, not worht your time!
Great when i can't finally connect. Takes some time not sure why but other than that, it is great and fairly easy to copy photos etc on tho hard drive.
