As much as I appreciate the app it kind of dissapoints me how if I accidentally close the app it erases what I had added to my order and I have to start over and order again. This would be pretty annoying if several people wanted to order something and they were ordering on a single device- alot of room for inconvenience and disorder. Other than that the interface is smooth and okay. I know how LaCocos works. I know they'll see this and work to improve the app. Thank You. 🥺
This review is for the app. When I placed my order for a "Build Your Own" it marked it as Buffalo chicken pizza in the cart! I made sure I clicked on BUILD YOUR OWN. It made a huge difference because the price for a Buffalo chicken pizza is almost double! Then when I tried to add instructions at checkout, it did not allow me to give proper instructions for the delivery person to find my place. Delivery drivers always have a hard time delivering here so I have to let them know how to find me.
Nice app! Easy to use. Only down side is that if you exit by accident it erases your order and have to restart all over
Simple layout that is easy to navigate when high just like the website. Love the food, love the app 10 out of 10 pretty solid.
Kinda wish it told you how much they charge for adons and not just when you in check out, cause then you have to go back and edit the items.
Cant order the $15.99 pizza deal in the app or online. Never have Coupons or Specials availible and they lie you dont get 10% on yr order in the app.
Always prep my pizza exactly as ordered. Great service and friendly staff. Easy to use app as well.
useless not happy , rather use their regular website to put orders, i already put what address for the pizza to be delivered, yet the stupid app changed my order to another address.
i stay on the go so ordering my food ahead just the way i want it is a lifesaver... the app is so easy and self explanatory...

Very simple to follow and use. However, you must click the back arrow in the app, otherwise you lose your progress in ordering &sometimes kicks you out of the app. I cannot see previous orders I have placed either. If those two items can be fixed, I will come back &rate 5 stars. I do love this pizza joint &will always be coming back!
