The online check deposit is TERRIBLE. I've had several checks returned as unable to read and then when I bring them to the bank there's no problem. the app also read the check number incorrectly, then returned the check and charged me a $13 fee. there needs to be a human checking this stuff.
Good reliable no issues as long as I've been using but I haven't used everything that's is available but the bill payment option is great
App does everything I need it to. occassional problem with signing in but customer service always helps take care of it.

last few mobile deposits were rejected due to dates. the dates are printed clearly on the check, but still not accepted. i had to go to bank with check to make actually deposit. they need to find a way to better review check deposits.

Check deposit on this app is awful. They need to invest in a better mobile deposit service like a lot of other banks have. Theres also a very loud voice-over giving instructions every single time you try to take a picture of your check, and no option to turn it off. Or maybe its just not easy to find the off switch, which is still annoying.
