The app works well for most features. The only issue I've seen was with the mobile deposit. It will take 10 or more tries to get a "suitable" image of a check before it is accepted. I've had this issue for years using multiple phones.

I really want to keep my money at a credit union, rather than at one of the big banks that would use it to finance pipelines and prisons. The shoddy out-of-date technology makes for an annoying experience (info in the app doesn't match info from customer service, depositing checks takes 10 attempts). Please step up your game.

Hasn't worked since the day after I installed it. Previous web portal worked just fine but now isn't an option on a mobile device. I'm basically locked out of my accounts because this doesn't work (isn't even up most of the time) unless I log in from a desktop. Ridiculous.

Really nice people but terrible mobile banking app. Deposit feature kept telling me I was over the daily deposit limit. Several check deposits were rejected. By that point, I had written "mobile deposit" endorsement on the checks that I then had to take to my branch to deposit. I had a hell of a time trying to explain this to the branch manager. I understand the risk to the bank, so they really need to get a better process.

App is decent but i hate the facility it self. I hate the idea of fees after being a loyal customer for 10 years, I hate the idea that the weekends are slow and first thing every Monday morning I got over drafts.. I absolutely loathe this entity! Go with a place that doesn't have nsf fees they eat so much of your money away! I'd prefer the mattress to this! 🤬

Previous version worked fine. "Update" broke my ability to deposit checks. Tech support so far completely unhelpful. Given that I'm no longer in tbe DMV this seems to be the final straw for opening a new account at a different bank.

app does not load consistently. app never loads on the first time. I've had to delete it and then reinstall several times.

issues at first when installing. Kept getting web page not found, but was able to do mobile bank deposits.

This is the best app ever. I am able to keep up with money at any moment ir time of day. Thanks LFCU

This app works very well for keeping my checkbook in balance and for paying some bills directly automatically each month for years! However, recently at my Advanced age I can no longer remember passwords and when I fail to log in properly my account is locked and then I call the right number and they tell me the procedures to unlock it and get a new password (and I only have 15 minutes to do that from the time I hang up) sadly I find I've forgotten and must call and fail again and again. HELP

2019 version was working fine until 07/20/21; now it won't even load. Not good.

This app must be authorized via the member's Online Banking account before it can be used. This is the most likely problem experienced by members rating this app low. The app is excellent and getting better with each version. I especially appreciate the Instant Balance feature which provides account balances without the need to log in.

Nice app! I'm liking the quick balance view and the new look with the last update.
