LAFC

It takes a few very basic steps to get the app properly synced with a Ticketmaster account and it could be frustrating because there wasn't a lot of tutorials or instructions. Once the account had been properly setup it's the best and easiest way to get tickets to my favorite team. In terms of the content in the app it's awesome and great coverage of the team.

The app worked great for me when it came to purchasing tickets, and scanning them to enter the Banc. It hasn't crashed, or forced closed once. However I haven't used the app since we lost to the Sounders in the playoffs on 10/29. Tooday 11/22 I checked the battery usage on my phone, and the damn app has been chewing data and battery like crazy in the background without me opening the app once. That is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. Uninstalled, will re-install once the 2020 season begins.

This app has always had bugs and issues. I am reinstalling AGAIN. The Roster feature, which is arguably the most important thing here, has never been good. Missing data and photos. The ticket portion works when it wants to. This can be so much better imo.

This app is complete garbage. It deserves 0 stars. No matter what I do, it crashes when I'm just trying to login. Doesn't matter what build I try. The one time I was in after I first signed up, it crashed just trying to access the settings. They keep updating it and nothing changes.

Critical tool for an LAFC fan, but login issues are the worst. The app worked for me most of the time last season, but when I tried to login yesterday it said my username/password were invalid, even when logging in with my fingerprint. That error...was invalid. To work around the problem I cleared the app's storage (an uninstall/reinstall will do the same). After that I was able to successfully login. Given that the mobile app is required for ticketing, LAFC has to get this right, but isn't and there are going to be angry people.

This app keeps crashing on me and I get an error messages. It was a good app at first, but then is started to give me so many problems. I have had to uninstall and install so many times. And now it won't even open. I have tickets for games on there and I am unable to access them. Please fix this or get a new/better app going.

Have to resign in all the time and it constantly forgets the password so have to reset that every week or so. Sometimes just glitches and ypu hsve to delete the app and redownload it. A mess of programming for what should be a simple and straitforward app. I'd prefer paper tickets at this point.

The applicatiom could be more useful but it force closes/stops fuctioning more often then I can count when I go to open it. Which is really annoying since I use this app often and I always close the app when i get done using. Ita almost easier to just use there website directly instead of dealing with the bugs in the app

Horrible. Just horrible. Rarely access season tix on first try. Must try amd retrieve tix numerous times, while standing at entry gate. Have had to uninstall and reinstall way too often. Horrible and unacceptable.

This app would be soooo cool...if the fixed how glitchy it was. The fact that this could be a one stop shop for fans is beyond anything we have seen for sports but they definitely need to release software updates to patch glitched in it.

the worst. always crashes and have to reset password, cant save tickets to phone anymore, cant transfer tickets easily, just awful and everytime i think it gets fixed, something else goes wrong

Worst app, seriously. An LAFC account, Ticketmaster account and LAFC app account, all trying to talk to eachother in the most unreliable, disfunctional way possible! Spent an extremely stressful few hours trying to log in, despite the login never changing once and being saved automatically by Google. Then it miraculously works, but no tickets, despite them being there a week before when I bought them. If you like rolling to a game praying to god that your tickets load, then this app is for you!!

Absolute garbage. Constantly crashes. You're much better off downloading the official MLS app and selecting LAFC as your favorite team.

This app's authentication is a disaster. Had to clear its storage data to be able to log in to get to the tickets. Reinstalling it would also do. This was probably developed in Carson.

The app works great when its actually works but on big games it tends to bug out . For whatever reason the option to save your tickets to google pay has been removed . Hopefully they add it back

Trash!! Login issues since day one. Either really slow or it just won't open. Halfway through the season it got a little better, but now it won't even recognize my profile.

I opened the app once ever to check the season calendar, and a few days later it spoiled the score of a game I was recording to watch later. I never gave it permission to popup game score notifications. Why the hell would the app designers assume I want that by default???

Excellent! Love that the app helped you keep engaged during the quarantine. And i never miss the videos from the pregame press conferences and post game press conference.

this app sucks very buggy.. how cant i log in on the app but when i log on a desktop it works??? sucks hopefully lafc fixes this issue..digital is not always the best way to go when your product dont work well..

The app keeps stopping on me when I try to log in. I can't get past the login. And this is the only way I can access my season tickets. I can't pull up my tickets at game time.

It won't let me sign up. I just got the LAFC app and I was trying to make an account. I tried Facebook sign up and it said their was a failure. So then I tried signing up with my email but it was also a failure

Garbage! If you can't use the app because it keeps crashing even on different phones it just means one thing, it's garbage.

constantly logs me off and for some reason I need to submit a new password each time. I haven't bothered to log-in in ages. I use the TicketMatser app, which is awful yet still better. Three stars only because it's LAFC.

I love the team, but the feelings I have for the app are the same that I have for Carson, meh! Log in issues are the worst, too constant! No problem login in via the site, but the app not so much!

Worst app I have ever used. Completely worthless. Never works, so frustrating to be a season ticket holder and have to go to the box office every game.

buggy, unintuitive, and mostly useless. you're likely to have a better experience using the mobile site instead of this clunky app.

App never loads. Stuck on home screen. Trying to manage my tickets on my mobile device is a waste of time. season ticket holder and always frustrated with this, go back to Seat Geek.

I totally hate this app. Everytime I try to sign there is a problem. User name and or/ password not recognized. I want to sell my tickets and I can't through this stupid app. it was perfect with SeatGeek.

Integration with Ticketmaster is buggy - very buggy. I estimate 4 out of every 5 times I try using the LAFC app, something goes wrong in the LAFC-Ticketmaster link. I don't really care for what ticketing service LAFC want to use - as long as it is easy to manage my tickets. Though I must say I have had far fewer problems in 2018 (when Seat Geek has been the platform). On LAFC-SeatGeek, I would have rated at least 3 stars, possibly 4. Now I can only give 1 star to LAFC-Ticketmater.

I can log onto my manager, but when I try logging into this app all I keep getting is authentication failed. great team horrible app.
