LAFCU Mobile Banking

Super simple to use and that's a huge plus. I like the fact I can check my balances and pay loans/credit cards. The downfall of this app is you cant see your credit card history and it drives me absolutely nuts. I just dont understand why you can do almost anything you'd need to do for banking except see your credit card purchases and intrest added. Other than the credit card issue I like the app.

Love having my bank accounts at the tip of my fingers.!. I can check my accounts as many times as I want, make deposits through the app, make my loan payments - and I applied for my loan through the app as well. Super convenient. There is also a card control app that will allow you to set up notifications for any transactions as well as lock a card if you've misplaced it or someone stole it.

The app is super easy to use. No real complications. a wish list item would be to add sub categories to see how much specifically you were spending on what or to be able to allocate money to different sectors of your savings if you wanted to create a travel fund, home improvements, etc.

Like this app. It has easy transfers, and beats calling or having to drive across town. I really like that billpay allows setup for future payments. Payee first time set-up could be improved - make it easier to see how it will look when done beforehand. Thank you LAFCU !!

The app is fine, easy navigation, it's the credit union that is the issue. Even with countless overdraft protections on my account they still overdraft and charge you for it even if you sign up for their programs that make this impossible. Been a loyal member since I was a kid, will be cancelling my account.

I loved it more when you were able to check your credit card transaction history on the app. It was more convenient. Now I have to use my laptop which I don't use as often. If they would enable credit card Transaction history on it again, it would be great.

App keeps crashing. multiple uninstalls and reinstalls do noy help. What has happened? i used the app almost daily until this. it is very frustrating. I hope they can get this fixed.

App keeps stopping. I uninstall and reinstall and it will work once. I've emailed the app developer and have not gotten a response. The app was great untill this started happening. So frustrating!

Deposit a check, transfer between accounts, pay bills, finger print security. Does what you need when you need it. LAFCU does not do Samsung or Apple Pay. Did not realize this before opening accounts.

The fact I need two apps to control my card, and I can't see my credit card transaction history from the app is so dumb. And I can't use the control app unless I go into the main mobile banking is also incredibly dumb.

app was fine. forced to update now it doesn't work at all. keeps routing me back to update page when I open app. uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same issue. thanks for ruining this for me.

Never had a problem with this app and its so easy to use and easy to transfer your money around in your account and apply for loans, pay bills with this app I hardly ever go to the credit union :) Saves me a trip

THE WORST APP. Why have you not setup a way to call someone if the app fails? I set a limit on my card and then had to reset my phone. Now when I try to get into the app it says it sent a pin in an email I have not received.

Fast. Convenient. The maintenances are sometimes inconvenient but necessary due to my hours most days, but still better than having to log on a slow loading website, or going to the bank all the time.

Its great! I wish my credit card through the credit union could be linked with alerts and transactions but other than that its amazing.

I have worked with many CU systems and I can honestly say...this is by far the easiest and most reliable system that I have ever dealt with! (BTW...I am a computer programmer for another CU software business.)

Love the App -- except for the credit card portion, where I'm not able to see purchases--only a balance owed! Fix that & it will be good!

Great app. I can handle most all of my banking needs. The app is stable on Android and I rarely have any issues or bugs.

Great app, but I have two accounts and bill payer only works on one account with app it comes up with error code 500, bill payer works fine on computer for both accounts

Hate the ads. I already have an account with you so you are already making money off me. Do you really need to push ads at me in the app too? Other than that the app does what it needs to do.

Love the instant access to balances as well as depositing checks from my living room! I wish Google play would let me add new devices to my account so I could have this app on all.

No problems with the accounts. Very self explanatory. Patiently waiting for credit card account to show.

old app was removed and this stupid app dont work just give us the old app back in the google play store or one that work your customers who use your online banking app is so sick of this bs so do something ASAP . The blue app with the L in the middle w as working fine so y did u take it out the app store and give us bs apps that don't work

Use it often just to check balances and transfer funds between accounts. Living 80 miles from my CU and banking has never been Easier!!

Great app for watching your bank account. But not for anything else. Luckily the staff is normally very helpful.

This app awesome it did everything that I wanted but now the way the credit card shows on the app I wish you guys would put it back the way before you do the change

I love how I can use this for almost everything depositing checks and looking at where my money is and how I can transfer from saving to checking . But I wish we could transfer to other lafcu users.
