Recently the app has been having issues. I open the app, the Lake City Bank logo comes up and it says loading underneath it. Then that screen swipes to the left, and a white screen comes up. It doesn't get any further than that. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It works three or four times, and then does the same thing described above.
Garbo app. Broken far too often to rate it anything other than one star. Lake City needs to put a little more money towards their app development. It's likely never been a priority, therefore resulting in the dumpster fire we all know today. UI has been updated here and there, so it looks nice. They must have major hosting/server-side issues.
I do all my banking online since the last update the app won't even open. It's been a week now. I even unistalled it and reinstalled it. I am seriously considering switching banks. Not being able to pay my bills electronically on time could hurt my credit score. This is unacceptable.
Please fix this app! It will work fine maybe a handful of times, then when you open the app, the screen just goes white and doesn't give you anywhere to login. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time it does this!
The app works as intended now. Previous reviews are for an older version and those issues have been fixed. I haven't had any issues in months.
I've never had an issue with the app till today, app keeps going white every time I load it. I was in the app at first looking at my account, then my screen went white. I closed out the app and tried to reopen it, all I got was a white screen. So I rebooted the phone. I went to open the app and again, just a white screen, what's the deal guys? Fix it plz!!!! I use this app a lot! I need it to work, asap. I have to watch my card closely due to fraud issues, so plz fix the app ASAP!! Ty!!
Doesn't work most of the time. I've been patient as long as I can be with this app. i am uninstalling it today and will just have to log on to my computer to check my bank account. It will be faster than waiting for this app to load. Very very disapppinted!
App is glitchy and makes me enter password about once a month. That's why I set up my finger print. No other banking app I have does this. Heck I can't remember my password to log in. That's why fingerprint is there.
DO NOT INSTALL!!! You will only end up with white screen. Developers and Lake City Management refuse to address the issue going on for months. Completely useless app. 0 Stars
Terrible app. It hasn't worked since April 2018. I have wasted many hours on it. It worked beautifully before April 2018. I suggest LCB contract with a another bank that has a working app. ☹
Dont have a lake city bank account, but do have their credit card. Apparently, their credit cards are not supporetd thru any aps? Would definitely prefer an ap rather than having to log in on my desktop computer because mobile is not fully supported for statements and such.
It was good. Then out of nowhere for 1 1/2 months now its been saying mobile banking is down and will be restored soon. Like i use this app all the damn time so that i don't overspend
Love the way the app work the people at the bank when I was called answering all my questions help me the best way they could and I really enjoyed it I would recommend it to my friends
Please please PLEASE do something about random app openings and crashes. I dont know how many times the app was "unable" to sighn me in using my 4 digit Pin. Please fix this.
I love the people and the bank. It's the best. For the app I only get on to see purchases made and balance. So it does its job in that area.
Stupid thing wont even load! I have been trying to download the app for 3 days now but it still won't download! It just keeps saying pending but doesn't load!
Every time I try to use it, it says, "mobile banking is currently unavailable. We are working to restore your service, please try again later". And, I mean EVERY time.
Was great but here lately the data network is busy or unavailable which is the pain in the A$$ because I use it quite a lot hope they fix it soon it's fixed it's working good
Whatever upgrade you did to this App, it is no longer working. I'm not able to get it loaded anymore. It's useless!!!
Best bank ever, have been with them for years. This app is extremely helpful. Not sure how I lived without it before.

Works for a day, than comes up with a white screen. On my 8th reinstall.

Guys, fix your app. It was working great, but some time back you updated it and it is now SUPER slow loading...or it just gets stuck saying it is loading and never gets past the startup screen. Tonight it just won't get past that screen, and this happens frequently. What is the point of an app that won't load? Useless. I am on a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Please fix your performance issues.
