Lake Kindred Origin

Very simple cookie clicker-type game. Most of the content is clicking, and then waiting. Not really much to do besides a few taps and then close the app. No strategy at all. No way to get premium (paid) currency for free that I know of, besides getting one per every new kin. There's a very large gap between the tier 2 and tier 3 fruits, which creates no sense of progression, and becomes fairly boring. Also, there's no way to back up data if a player gets a new phone, or moves devices, etc

So i was playing this game for few days now and i have to critique some things. First when you tap on garden suddenly money or whatever that is called suddenly disappears and you have to begin from some coin. Second sometimes the skills does not react. I mean the time is taken off as if i used it but in fact does nothing and i have to wait until the cool period ends. Third. When i try to refill the skills does not shows any ad, but the time is taken off but nothing else happens. I guess these are some bugs what have to be fixed. And last there is an option when you return to play the game as claim or double the reward, which gathered in the "offline" time, or while you haven't played. Well, the double often does not works! At least for me.

Fun little clicker/resource game! The little kins you hatch are cute, and the aesthetic is nice. Leveling up is satisfying. My only critiques are that it's a bit simple and it slows down really fast once you make it to a certain level. I've only been playing for 3 days, and my garden and my tree are in the level 30-40, and I already have to leave the app for 6-8 hours to make enough points to upgrade a single level. Maybe if there were more in-between goals, or additional point modifiers, it would be a bit less tedious. Still, a great start for a cute game!

So, uh, I've been playing this game for a while now and it's pretty cute and has a lovely design which basically is what dragged me into continuing to play so far (that and the fact that I'm addicted to clicker games) The issue is though that for the past week or so whenever I try to open the game it's just stuck on the loading screen. It won't go any further, and I'm very reluctant to re-install the game bacause of all my progress so far... So, uh... Yeah.... Can't even play the game anymore.

I love Gaia and have been playing this to support. I agree with most of the reviews about this app. cute creatures, definitely an idle game. However, there is very minimal to do, and having all green fruit & lower creatures fully leveled up, i can't afford the other fruits to get further. Once you get to that point, its very defeating. would be cool to be able to earn more crystals or play mini games with the creatures. I love the game & would love to see it optimized!

I was really excited to play this since it look like tap tap fish. It kinda sorta is but isnt. Unlike tap tap, you dont get to see the animals you collect run around the tree but there is a entire different area for you to put them but you have to upgrade it to even put one. The game becomes stagnant after you hit 18. Collecting currency becomes a chore and you just close the app completely. To add insult to injury, for extra space for your fruit they want you to spend $5 for 100 crystals 4 times. They only reason Im giving 3 star is for the visuals and music. Other then that i wouldn't even bother playing it.

I downloaded the game not long ago and I've been enjoying it when I have some downtime. The last week, I've been busy with life in general. I went to play the game earlier and my tree is gone. It doesn't even show my kins. I just wonder if it's a bug or technical issue. I've leveled up quite a bit and I've unlocked a bunch of kin. I hope I don't lose my progress because I didn't play the game for a week. Still rating 5☆ regardless, because I do enjoy the simple game play. Very relaxing.

As a clickers game, decent for the first week, but progress slows to a near stand still after that unless youve got the patience to watch the ads to double earnings each time you log back in. I downloaded this game on release date, put so many hours into it, made it to regularly earning green fruits, but the last update on the 18th, im unable to log back in. Just keeps loading. I am NOT reinstalling it. 1, not gunna give up months of progress over a simple bug, 2, not reinstalling a broken game.

The in game purchases seem pricy for how much you have to spend to get other things like the fruit slots, and overall the game gets boring very quickly. it's cute, but lacks any sort of substance for enjoyment of it. Would wish that if Gaia is going to have apps like this made from LK gold would be something of a perk to be earned as well. I've ran into a few instances of tje game freezing, and early on in release that's not too big of an issue but hope things improve in the game.

Okay so first off I really love tap games. Unfortunately not quite this one. Here's why. First off there is no way to back up your data so if anything happens like an error that just so happens to delete all your hard work... you are screwed. Second this app in its current state is like bread with no preservatives. Delicious and possibly eye catching when it's new/fresh but goes it goes stale very quickly. I feel like the app needs updates that involve mini games where you play with your hatched kins. Or just the battle system in gaiaonline game lake kindred would work just fine.

A fun game. My only issue is that when you hatch a kin, you are given the options of "share" or "claim" but if you share (to discord or Twitter or w/e) the game will be frozen when you get back into it, and you must close the game app and restart to continue playing. There is no loss of data as far as I can tell, but it is annoying.

Cute game. Really simple. More of a game to check up on than to actually play. Wouldn't spend any money on it until there is an option to back up data, though. It doesn't seem finished, however. I do hope there will be updates to it. There simply isn't... a lot to it. Perhaps add some way to interact with your kins aside from tapping them in your garden? Mini games, idk. Something more. The repetitive gameplay isn't surprising from Gaia but least their site games give you platinum, which makes it work playing. There's not really much of a reward for this and the gameplay itself isn't too rewarding either.

Beautiful art, but the game play wasn't for me. There's very little engagement; I wish there was something of a story element to keep me excited to open the app, since the current format sort of has the feel of a daily chore. But since I think this just might not be the kind of game for me, I'll end my review by saying the designs are adorable and the music is pretty, so I hope there's more to check out in the future!

2 starts for trying, the art is nice but overall this game lacks a lot of things. It does not feel rewarding at all and everything is slow which makes it boring. It needs alot more things to look forward to over all lacking a lot of things in order to make this game even fun. There is no point in the microtransactions either theyre overpriced so no one will buy unless someone wants to donate over petty .. there are pretty much no dopamine spikes in this game compared to games alike.. clicker games and most mobile games work only on dopamine spikes.

It's basically a cash grab. Gameplay is a basic clicker game but the wait between the different tiers is ridiculous. The in game currency can only be obtained for free with the first unlock of a new kindred OR paying for it. Save yourself some time and memory on your phone and go elsewhere.

This game is nice, calming, and very beautiful. Every skill especially the auto-clicker skill adds a lot to the tranquility of the game. The rain sound effects soothes me and makes me want to just close my eyes and sleep. The game has a nice selection of little monsters that are all unique in their own way to add more to the experience of the game. My only wish would be to make the game a tad' more fun by adding a global chat or little accessories to add on to your kins or tree.

As usual, Gaia badly misses the mark on how to make a game. While the kin are adorable, and the art is pretty, and the music is soothing, there is no real substance to the game whatsoever, the incline of investment is exponentially steep to where once you hit "C" (scientific notation would've been better), you're not really going anywhere beyond that, and the game mostly just tries to demand a lot of money for, primarily, the /chance/ of decent in game return, which is all just cute artwork and no actual gameplay. If you want to see cute, pretty, impressive etc. critters, just look up mythical beast artwork (this clearly frequently has Japanese influence so go from there) on Google or maybe DeviantArt or another dedicated art site specifically. It'd be better then paying for it here.

It's really cute and I loved it, unfortunately i got a new phone and realized the game has no account linking of any kind so I've lost everything. its honestly not even a good game, it's all about the visuals and collection. i was fine with that but it seems the game would prefer you never get a new phone again lol

I don't know why I'm still playing this. It's tedious as hell, and it's months and months and months later and I don't even have all the kin. Who wants to play THIS long to get them all? It took forever to get to the blue seed level to buy one damn seed, and I finally did, and I GOT USELESS XP OUT OF IT NOT MONEY ENOUGH TO BUY MORE BLUE UGGGH. That'd be like 3 months more of playing to get another. Just uninstall already why are you still playing! You're right, me, I'm going to do just that.

I really like this game, its cute and the music is nice. My only concern is the lag, internet or none if you leave the game active for long it lags very badly despite doesn't eat that much memory. Keep up the good work and hopefully it'll be improved more!

Thought this was a mobile Lake Kindred, but I was very wrong. Instead I ended up with a poorly-designed clicker game that doesn't in any way resemble LK past using Kindred sprites. Extremely boring and takes forever to progress. I don't feel like I'm achieving anything when I level up or get a new Kindred.

It's cute. It's calm. It's a cash grab, which I should have expected from Gaia Online, which I played back when it was go-gaia and stopped when everything became money money money to them. I can live with the slow progression, but I'm not happy that some animals are locked behind not just $2 of real money, but also an RNG, so if you do manage to accumulate gems at the glacial pace or pony up the cash for the rare eggs, you'll probably get a duplicate that can be gotten with the in-game currency. I don't usually care about loot boxes, but this is exploitive.

Great relaxing game to check on once in awhile, but it hasn't had no updates in a few years. Idk how to transfer the save from phone to phone tho (Just recently got a new phone, and it seemed to carry over about 5 months worth of progress compared to my old phone)

Game Progress Slows Too Quickly. I haven't been able to progress in months. The first two types of seeds quickly stop giving you the right XP to level up your tree or garden, and the in game currency is too expensive to fill in the rest of your collection on a whim. So unless you want to pay for the CHANCE at enough energy to by 3rd tier eggs, you're left waiting...and waiting...and hey look, its been 3 months and I still can't do anything?

Stuck on loading screen for the last 2 months. I dont want to uninstall & reinstall in case I lose all my kin & progress. Any other fixes? Apart from that, it's a pretty game.
