I would have given all five stars, but you removed the balance portion on the Transaction Detail. It was extremely helpful to know what was still outstanding that hadn't come through yet versus what I had already deducted from my checkbook. I've upgraded to three stars as the app works just fine for me versus some of the reviews below. I only have the above issue.

The only issue is balances are not reflected instantly like at Huntington. I have had many occasions when I use my bank card, it absolutely doesn't reflect on my balance, but it does when I'm talking to a teller on their screen. Give us the real time balancing of our accounts please.

It's fully functional, just a little less intuitive/clean than most bank apps. It would be nice to hide/show accounts for example, or allow Google's keyboard to auto fill the username/password.

App keeps crashing everytime I try to do a mobile deposit. I miss the old app. I never had any problems and the design made more sense. This feels so cluttered and is more difficult to navigate.

Awful. Had Community Choice CU and their online and mobile app are superior compared to this. Spend the money and hire an IT consulting company and programmers to upgrade your business. Even your ATMs won't accept cash and you're still doing old school envelopes with 3 day holds instead of instantly accepting cash deposits. It's ridiculous. Made a bad choice to switch to this bank. They don't even offer over draft protection from savings!

Two annoyances about the app. When scheduling a payment, Bill Pay makes all dates available, instead of just showing eligible dates. I have to guess at the first available payment date and keep resubmitting the payment until it's accepted. Second annoyance is that the app logs out as soon as you try to view anything else on your mobile device. Unless you have a very good memory, this makes it nearly impossible to add a new payee in Bill Pay without a hard copy. Otherwise, it works pretty well.

Interface is very poor for bill pay and messaging. Messaging is difficult to maneuver and no auto correct. BILL PAY - ALL my other banks will search institutions and auto fill. Yours I have to find a bill and hand type in EVERYTHING. Ugh!!!

App is terrible for mobile deposits on non-standard screen sizes like folding phones and wider phones. This is just shortcutting the development process. What other shortcuts have they made for $$$? Edit: customer services tells me there is nothing they can do. Also, customer service refused to submit a bug report to your development team.

Developers will not acknowledge that the android app has issues. Mobile checks do not deposit properly because photos are heavily compressed, making them too blurry to use. This doesn't happen on iOS.

I've been a member since I was 16 and they were GRTCU, long before there was an internet with apps to use. For all that time they've been the friendliest, most uncomplicated CU to use. For all that time I've had several loans, had my identity stolen twice and helped to establish my credit score.

This new update (v4.0.0) is MUCH better than the old app. The UI is easier to navigate, looks more modern and professional, and is more responsive and intuitive than in the old one. Gave 4 of 5 stars, because the budget tool is not well implemented in this new update, but it wasn't in the old version, either, so it technically didn't lose functionality. If LMCU fixes the budget tool, this would be worth 5 stars.

For normal banking stuff, the app works great. However, the live chat option works terribly. When trying to type a message, the phone keyboard covers the typing area so you cannot see what you are typing. Additionally, you cannot hit the back button or switch apps to check information that you want to put in the chat because the app will force you to log in again and you will be disconnected from the live chat agent.

New update is bad. I am constantly told I cannot log in due to connection issues but there is no problem with my internet or mobile data. Anytime I try to click on something it logs me out with that error message. It is harder to read and navigate than the prior version. I rarely use my desktop so it's very frustrating that the app has so many glitches now. The budget tool doesn't work and sometimes is just crashes and I have to go back to the app and re log-in. Update, seems to be working now

The previous app version was good. It did what I wanted. Latest update hangs up, settings don't change to what I selected, biometric option won't enable saying it's disabled on my phone but I use biometric to unlock it. I cannot find any option in the new version that the old version didn't already have. They just made it look prettier. I prefer functionality over form. Overall the previous version was much better and was 100% stable

I've been using this application for 2 years now. Lacking in some features and some features flat out don't work. Features that don't work: Mortgage account (feature has failed for months now). You click on it and it just waits. Contacted the months ago and they say they know about it. Features it's lacking: Sign on features ( SSO, fingerprint, exc..) UI is dated Some links leave the application and direct you to the browser.

This app works GREAT! The new look is nice. Relearning where thing are takes a few minutes as with ANY app. I found the sign in screen a bit scrunched & unreadable but figured out how to make it work. As of 5/27/21, at least that's when I noticed, the scrunched & unreadable issues are fixed. It's just DIFFERENT not impossible to learn & use.

What the heck is the point of selecting "Personal device" when doing the authentication if I have to do it EVERY FRIGGIN TIME!! My sister doesn't have to. She enters her password and is taken to her account. Guess I'm just "lucky"

Terrible redesign from the sign on page and throughout the app. Text overlaps all over the sign on screen. Did anyone actually test this on a phone? Absolutely HATE the bubbles! I want my accounts on lines like they were previously. Change for the sake of change is stupid. Previous version was perfectly usable and wasn't lacking anything I could think of.

**Updated to 3 stars. I reduced the size of my phone's font setting and that helped this app, but now other apps fonts are too small. ** The fonts are so large that the account $s wrap and the main screen has text over top of other text making it unreadable. $300.00 wraps to display vertically. 2 stars as I like other new features. Note that in the app settings I changed font size to small with no visible improvement.

Ever since the latest update I can no longer deposit E-checks. I get paid by E-check from several companies I work for and I live far from the nearest branch. This is an inconvenience. Every time I take the picture It says can' t read account. I can see it perfectly. Can I go back to the old version?

I like the redesign for the most part. One complaint, if your account is negative it's not very apparent. The minus symbol is so tiny. It would be super helpful if the balance was red when an account went negative. I checked my account balance purposefully to make sure I had pending payments covered and thought my account was in the positive because I didn't notice the minus sign. Would have saved me from getting an nsf fee!

Great app and usability, only minor complaints. If these issues get addressed I'll update my review to 5 star because it's deserved. -Only main account on device can change font size for whole app. -Background and text boxes are too similar of a color, hard to tell where field entry is, even though it's basically the same as the previous version. This makes using the app feel guess-y/empty rather than clear/polished; which is how I'd prefer my bank app.

App usually works fine, but in my experience you cannot transfer money to other accounts--even other LMCU users. There is a character limit in the destination account field, and that character limit is LOWER THAN THEIR OWN BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS. There seem to be no solutions online, and their live chat crashes every time I use it. Was trying to resolve an important debt and had to resort to PayPal because this app was impossible to work with. Extremely frustrating.

NOT user friendly since the update, I tried changing the settings so I can log on with just my 4 digit pin like the older app. The new updated version makes me type in my password every for the quick view. And the LMCU live chat is horrible. The keyboard covers the chat line so you can't see the words your typing, you have to keep going back to view and re type.

Broken login system. Tells me to input credentials that are definitely there. Good job on contracting an incompetent app developer 👍
