Lakeland Bank Mobile Banking

The app stopped working entirely after the last update. It just hangs on launch. I uninstalled it, deleted cookies and cleared tge cache, and reinstalled. Still nothing.

I find this app well designed and extremely useful. I can monitor my accounts as often as I want to or need to. I can move funds as needed. My phone is always with me. I don't need to go to my computer to access my accounts. I highly recommend this bank and this app.

Have been unable to get into app for two days just uninstalled and here waiting for it to reinstall. Fingers crossed that it will solve the issue.

Edit: Removing 2 stars from my 5 star rating. Very often I get error messages when loading the app and trying to log in. To the point where I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times over to fix it. Original review: App is super simple and easy to use. No extra features to make it confusing. Plus it has the ability to deposit checks with a photo.

11/20: Endless buffering. Come on, Lakeland! Update 11/12: Just logged into the app with no trouble for the first time in almost 2 months! When it works, this is a user-friendly app. Unfortunately, for the past several weeks, it doesn't work. The app wouldn't open, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. The sign in page buffers forever and then the app crashes. I hope Lakeland is paying attention to all the negative reviews lately. I will happily come update mine when this problem is resolved.

Unfortunately they "upgraded" their app and now it only works on certain phones. Doesn't work on a Galaxy S8.

Can't see the 'bill pay tab' as described in every single FAQ page lakeland has made about setting up a Zelle account. Frustrating as hell to be sent to the same couple FAQ pages over and over again no matter what I do and never being able to just put my debit info into the app. Some quality of life changes really need to be made to all of Lakeland's apps; websites; and FAQ pages especially. This has been a problem for years in my opinion, and needs to be fixed ASAP.

The app isn't working anymore. Error message says the app violates security policies.

The past 2 weeks the app just keeps crashing, refusing to open

The app will not work on the new Galaxy S22. Works fine on my previous phone and have reinstalled it several times and it just won't open. Customer support says they're aware of it but no timeframe as to when it will be fixed. Said it will take months to fix. With such a popular phone I would think that they would make it a priority but they're not.

App doesn't work on my new galaxy s22 ultra. Don't want to load when i open it. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times but, still doesn't work. Now i am getting an error saying that "the app has violated security policies" and it shuts down. What a headache 🤦

Your available balance is never correct. It takes forever for a transaction to update. I only use the card and their online bill pay. I was told to keep a paper ledger.... Kinda defeats the purpose of online banking. As soon as my card is approved for payment, it should show as a deduction. Also, when I pay bills online, when the check is mailed they should reduce the available balance.

This app worked great when I first downloaded it about a year ago. I don't use it often. Recently I tried to log on and I received an error message then a black screen. I've uninstalled and then reloaded, restarted my phone but it still won't work. Customer service was not helpful, telling me that there must be a problem with my phone or my internet. I have once again uninstalled it and will try again sometime in the future. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The app has some limitations, the dates at which payments are posted tend to be inaccurate, and there tend to be frequent maintenance updates (times in which the app will be unavailable for the viewing of balances). Other than this, it does what it needs to do.

I was unable to use the App for a few weeks due to an incompatibility with it and Android System upgrade It is 8/21 and this problem has happened again. After the.last upgrade of Android 11 OS, the.Lakeland Mobile App is no longer working. No one seems to be.working on the fix at this time.

GIVE 3 1/2 STARTS but ?how to do 1/2 star. Easy access accounts 4 bal & deposit/w-drawls list. Check deposits via mobile app by taking pic within app too. (Good for after hrs.). Haven't done transfers into alternate accounts in awhile but was easy. Don't think accessing statement for any given month is possible though. I just never seem to be able to find it. Maybe can't do on mobile app? If it's me then ok BUT STILL 3 1/2 CUZ MOBILE BANKING SHOULD HAVE ALL OPTIONS AVAIL & EASY/CLEAR.

Horrible app. It hardly loads and continues to say it experienced an error and I keep having to uninstall it and reinstall. This is extremely frustrating being the idea is the convenience of on the go access to move funds.

Updated app is totally useless. Uninstalled, reinstalled. .still crashes before opening. Call the toll free bank number and tap 5 for online banking app assistant, on hold forever and had to hang up and forget it. We go from excellent app to garbage app. NOT good.

To many problems with error messages when trying to log in. Made several attempts. This has been going on for about 5 days. Can't get my banking done, I do not know the status of my account, but one thin h g for sure if there is a problem with my account that there will be many charges.

App used to be great but no longer works after recent update & has not worked for a few weeks. I keep uninstalling & reinstalling with no luck. Very frustrating as I live out of state & without mobile deposit have no way to deposit my checks. Please fix this Lakeland.

Crazy low deposit limit, which is totally illogical and a real inconvenience. Its not very often I get a large check but, when I do, its frustrating that I need to go out to the bank. Other banks give me $100,000 per month, deposit Limit - & any amount less than that per deposit and Lakeland gives me $10k per deposit. I dont even know the mo they limit. Just really weird. Whatever.

Forced to update and now I can't even sign in (8/26/19). I have not been able to use this app for a year! I can't sign in, totally worthless & incredibly annoying & inconvenient (9/1/20).

Stopped working wont open

I used to use it to make deposits and to do transfers. After recent maintenance the app crashes every time; it simply no longer works at all

For awhile it wouldn't allow me to log in and now the app crashes almost as soon as I try to open it. Only shows a white screen and then closes by itself.

App does not open since last phone update. Very frustrating. 3-7-22 App still not working properly keeps crashing . 😒

Will not open since last update, tried rebooting uninstalling reinstalling nothing works, double checked phone updates all good but app will not open, would give 0 stars if possible

App WON'T WORK after the Latest Update on March 2022.

Lets me check my balance and transactions. I can deposit checks and transfer from account to account immediately. You can also have secure login via fingerprint. For what i need it has everything i want and does it with ease.

Love this bank out of all other banks out there! They're always so helpful and kind. Any problems I've ever had have been addressed quickly and professionally! I just wish there were more around!
