Pros: The prices of the foods are cheaper and more reasonable than other delivery apps plus there are lots of promo codes and plenty of restaurant and menu selections. Cons: My only concern is that it is difficult to book a rider, so I need to attempt a few times. I also need to repeat adding orders to cart every time the booking failed.
UPDATE: 8/27/20: Same issue, even after clearing cache Hi. Could you please fix the issue on being logged out multiple times? This always happens while an order is in place and then you leave the app/switch to a different app. When you return, you are asked to log in again. So you can just imagine how inconvenient it is to be forced to do this repeatedly in a course of an hour's worth of pending delivery order. Thanks
Tried this for the first time, took me almost 2 hrs to received my order. Im thinking perhaps it is due to the coupon i used 'free delivery' that's why no one is taking my order and when my order was placed, they told me it was unavailable, and took hours before they deliver it. The price in the online receipt is different from what I have paid. Driver said perhaps the price in the app is not yet updated.
The worst app ever!!! We never had any successful order for almost 200 attempts of booking. Looks like they don't even have a rider, at first I was under the impression that it was because of covid19 and that was weekend. However, even during weekdays still no rider after a million times of re ordering. Tho I can't attach any screenshot, the hell it was just an inconvenience, and waste of time.
Absolutely awful app and customer service. When placing and order it pretty much immediately gets cancelled and empties the cart so I have to start all over just for the same thing to happen again. Asked customer service why it got timed out so fast instead of just stay open til a riders picks it. Two different agents told me 4 times there isn't enough riders which is obvious but doesn't at all address what I'm asking. Don't mind waiting but not repeating that horrible ordering process endless
Here in our place the cell signal gets blocked by buildings where in it is hard to contact your rider. Been getting a lot of cancelations per order once failed to answer text message or calls from riders. I hope you would have internal messenger set up via app. And also improve the maps very delayed. Considering lalafood has more variety of stores available. But will use your competitors apps as of now until improved. Should consider many things for users. Internet alone should solve everything.
I ordered for the first time, and after a minute, it went to the expired tab. As I was trying for a 2nd time, your rider called me to confirm my order. I said ok, but as I was trying to cancel the current one, a rider accepted the order. It's not tge fault of your riders, but it's maybe a glitch in your app. Had I known that my first order would be processed, I wouldn't try a second time.
This app has come a long way from how it was the first time I downloaded it. It's so much easier to navigate now and visually appealing. I especially love that you can go cashless now! The only thing that stopped me from giving this a 5 star is that not all merchants in my area have the cashless option and that there are still a lot of merchants not available in Marikina :(
Installed it and updated it google play but when I opened it after 10mins or so it just dislays its logo and does not load. As of Nov 7, 2018 update still same problem app is not loading, not opening just displaying their proud orange logo. No updates from the email indicated. No update via messenger. As I have stated I have the updated version.
Overall its just a mediocre rating..Its not the fastest, because in reality it really takes a while. However, I got to say they have some pretty good food finds.. I would recommend that you guys should prioritize delivering from somewhere near, rather than just showing restaurants and not considering the distance..
Your mobile number is freely given to any all dubious delivery employees. The app accepts delivery orders even if their driver still has something to pick up and deliver before they pick up yours and deliver. The best part is their driver in the end after waiting so long will never fulfill the delivery service. There is no epayment facility. We all know how their drivers seems to always not have change. It can't get thebright address. Can't even pin it correctly.
It's great because they always have coupons plus it's convenient. They also have different rating feedback for the rider and for the food service which is good because you can rate both differently per their service. I just hope LalaFood will also extend their delivery hours in the future.
Not using it too often so I decided to uninstall because the push notifications are so annoying. I can't find the settings to turn it off. Either the app doesn't have that option intentionally or it is not too user friendly to easily find it.
Horrible app! Worse than FoodPanda! The app is SUPER buggy. Logs you out constantly leaving you unable to keep a conversation going with the support. Support takes FOREVER to respond and there is no promptness or urgency from them to reply. The app doesn't show if the store you're ordering from is closed which forces the driver to find alternatives which delays the delivery significantly. And you can't cancel an order yourself. Ridiculous!
Very useless app. It just takes up a space on your phone and give you notification. When I tried to order it only shows no rider available without a second thought. My first order that went through after trying countless time the rider called me saying some machine in a milktea store broke and ask of i could accept the order as if it was delivered. My Gosh!
There are no restaurants I can order from! Even those that are just less than 100 meters away from me. They also keep sending regular e-mails and the title of one of them was: "Dimunyu coming through" - and the content had no connection whatsoever with the title. That title really put me off. Not funny at all. So I'm uninstalling the app.
