LALALAB. Print photos

I ordered several times and I'm never disappointed. I had a problem with one photo printed all black, the customer service was fast replying and offered me 1€ credit for this mistake. There are many options to print your photos, the quality is very good and the delivery on time. Highly recommend!

This app is amazing! Great photo ideas, choice/style of prints and the service is fantastic! Friendly staff and quick delivery times. What's not to like?! Keep up the great work!

very good products, easy to use. good variety of choice. Edit. Not so good as they were and hard to get in touch with. Impossible to use the robot woman, unless you have the exact query it has been programmed with. They claim to have a phone number on their website, but there is not one. Only a box to type in. I gave details of my query and only got a generic email response. Not personal to me at all. After years of being a customer, I am closing my account and will try another app. 😡

I LOVE receiving such wonderful keepsake pictures. I update a picture board at home and always like updating it. then when I alternate I always have them safe in their boxes to look at 💗 Great quality always

The program works well in a phone app,but not on the PC. You can't save drafts,and the upload/editing process is too slow when you work from your PC. The website also often crashes or won't let you go to the next page,and if you refresh the page,all your work will be gone. Improving the website version would be an idea to help people work with their photos more easily.

I must have tried to put together the same single photobook at least 8 times. Changes aren't automatically saved. The gallery isn't automatically saved. I've lost count of the amount of times I've had to upload the same photos to the gallery. I've ordered from Lalalab before and it wasn't anywhere near this painful. I think they've changed the app or something, but I now totally wouldn't recommend.

Great quality, I love the prints, books and magnets and have send many postcards because it's so easy and beautiful. BUT there are quite some issues with using Google photos, which honestly bothers me a lot. No feedback from customer service expect for "true, it doesn't work". Pretty sad about this, a short notice regarding how long it'll take to fix it again would really help.

There's some major issue with the Drafts section of this app. Changes disappear after 24 hours. Are we supposed to finish off selecting and editing the photos in 24 hours? It's insane if that's the case. It took me around 2 hours yesterday to select and edit the photos for the Lalalab box. I opened the app to make the final changes and order but the changes were lost. It's disappointing! I was pretty excited to order the prints but this sort of issue is totally disgusting.

Arrives trashed everytime... Ordered some to make family smile during lockdown. All have roller marks where it's taken off the picture. This could be a transit issue but I think it's down to the type of paper and ink, the gloss finish doesn't set by the time they post it. Wouldn't recommend, it's over priced and although they were quick to send out replacements those arrived worse than the first set.

This app is great for photos, however I ordered my first photo book and I'm really disappointed in the quality. The colour is off and the images are quite pixellated and low detail. It wasn't a cheap option either, it cost the same as other sites which are much better quality. Will definitely stick with Photobox in future.

Nice app, easy to use, quick and quality print outs. The connection with external apps like Google photos or Dropbox should be enhanced, it's not working every time. Apart from this, I really enjoy using this app. I did already more than 3 times for album creation as well as individuals photo prints.

Wanted to order a poster. Wanted to add promocode. Didn't reach the required 35 EUR total. Added a frame to my poster. I knew the price would increase by 30. At checkout I realised that the delivery fee increased too. I think by around 10 EUR. I didn't like the frame but couldn't remove it anymore. Since I couldn't remove the frame, I tried to add new poster but there was no option to use previously selected photos. Photo selection takes time so no way going through the process again..

Ordered a box with polaroids to try it out. I like the quality and the delivery was very quick! Had some problems grabbing photos that were in different folders on my phone. This crashed the app a few times. Overall, I think the app needs work but the service is good.

Great quality! I've ordered posters, books, and prints from them, and the quality is outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure the products were exactly as they were supposed to be and even helped me with something I had issues ordering via the app. Will definitely use them for my future pictures as well. Highly recommended!

There is worse app ever. There is zero customer service, Noone replies to any Any messages! They have some errors while uploading pictures, but the process goes automatically so noone catches this and they send you wrong prints to home. I made a lot of efforts to contact them but there is no way you are able to talk with anyone. It's really really bad company, bad app and bad idea to use LALALAB.

Great prints last time I ordered but there seems to be an issue with the app sometimes with saving and on my last order when I added a gift box for my 70 prints it added a gift box and made the order value £695 as it went crazy and added it multiple times and I couldnt remove it so had to close the app and restart the process. Double check everything before completing your order!

The app is great and the prints i got are pretty great. Not nearly as glossy as i thought it would be but i can live with that. The only problem is it does cost quite alot when i could have just gone down to somewhere local and bought them for cheaper. But the packaging was great! It does take a while to arrive and im still waiting on my calender but i assumed that would take longer than the prints. But yeh! Overall very good user friendly app just it is a bit pricy

Terribly disappointing. Placed my order in April.Waited for months. In May after contacting the support I was informed that the uploaded file was corrupted. Was offered to place an order once again and create the album once again from scratch (as the app does not allow to save it). Now it's been half a year and in spite of dozens of mails to the support - still no photoalbum received. I understand the whole corona situation, but 6 months of waiting? That's too much, sorry. Really upset about the service and the app. I wish I chose something else to print my photos. I do not recommend lalalab.

The pictures on the magnets arrived much darker than the original picture. The quality of the printing is quite bad.

Absolutely shocking quality,purchased a photobook and postcards and the images are such low resolution and blurry you can't tell who the people are,the postcards have had half the images cropped out of them too. Awful quality especially given the cost

I don't recommend this app to anyone. When you buy a product they take you the money, of course but then, it's not for sure that the order arrives to your address. If you have problems, that it's almost for sure you'll have them, the costumer service is horrible. They say a bunch of things like: problems with the delivery, problems with the machines, etc. You can talk to a wall, it's the same. I'm still waiting for something I bought on the 22nd of January to be delivered... Good luck!

Very easy to use app. I would really like to also be able to upload photos from Google photos. Also, the upload stops when the screen isn't active (if the telephone locks or I change the screen) - it would be nice if this would work also on an inactive screen.

I really like the app and the different design options, and delivery is always super quick! It would be even better if it was possible to re-order past orders and to order the same set of prints to different addresses instead of having to create the entire order again! :-)
