I've used the app twice.. it's a good app. convenient I suppose.. my only issue is that each time I input a delivery address, I'll be slightly off the mark.. issues with Google map? I hope you can resolve this issue. you should have the option to pay exact amount via creditcard/debit card. i do not like to use the default options of 50, 100, 300. what if i do not use the balance amount in future? ;( please do something about this.
minimum top-up amount is too high. I cannot register my GCash mastercard. I the UI is easier to navigate and saved addresses are easily accessible. But it is a good delivery app nonetheless.
I have been using this app, since I learnt how to send package across fast, I once tried a delivery of my food product but sadly it did not went out well because of some factors. I am still learning more things on how to navigate through the app, and it gives a more affordable price for package delivery. Keep improving and keep up the good work.
The map is always redirected even if u put the proper address. Least that u know it is pinned to other address. Example I put the address. The search i removed the recent searched address which is similar to the address I will put. No matter how I remove it and refresh it to a new one, once proceed the drivers follow the pinned one which was redirected to other similar address. It seemed a trick to me because I paid much to address far from where I supposed to send the parcel. Very bad app.
Not clear upfront that you cannot pay with credit card, you have to use their wallet. Top up of wallet only possible in increments of $50, and withdrawal of remaining amount costs $15 or 5%, whichever is higher! So for a delivery that costs $139 it charged us $150! Who would want to use the wallet option under these conditions is unclear to me.
what should be a nice experience for a first time user but was marred by the unintuitive and ridiculous user interface of the app. the actual service is great, but you really should think about consolidating your app pointfinder. is it help centre of live chat? and where is the live chat menu? where do i put the details of my order? where is the cancel menu if i make a mistake? minimalistic design is cute and dandy but to hide key options in your settings is sheer stupidity.
Please improve the customer service system by adding the live chat feature to the main menu because it was confusing to find this feature directly. And also, please improve the live chat feature by allowing the user to send picture through the chat. It was so complicated and waste of time by submitting picture to the Google Form first. Thanks.
This latest update is terrible. It gathers map information at a much slower rate, cuts text boxes in half, and disables the ability to bring up your keyboard after switching to a different application.
My first two consecutive bookings has been requested by the drivers to cancel. the first one due to tire flat, 2nd smoke velching. im not sure if they just make some reasons not deliver my items but this made my day upset. from my original schedule of 10am until 2:30pm i didn't able to transfer my things because of this.
Auto-remove the previous "Note to Driver". There are a bunch of times that I had to notify the driver that the note indicated in your app was from my previous delivery. It is quite bothersome.
I have made a complaint about a top-up issue 5 times already with their agents. I topped up last month in order to get vouchers & coupons and up to this day, it's still not on my lalamove wallet. I have sent photos of receipts as proof that it was already charged from my card, it has been followed up SOOO MANY TIMES as per their agents and yet nothing has been done to resolve nor compensate me for this issue. Lalamove drivers are good and nice, but Lalamove operations? 👎👎👎
if there is a negative star i'd do it. bad interface, dissapointing service and customer service. very slow refund process. i dont know if i would be refunded. i hope grab app had truck deliveries too. kinda bad trusting the service. bad first experience. never again.
Worst UX. I tried to use the Forgot Password feature and it sent verification number, when I type it, the app lagged and I can't sign in at all! I tried twice, I even tried to use "Call me" and it won't click!! I can't sign in to my account and there's no option, I guess I just have to uninstall it.
Fix the bug please. This app knows business lol, won't let me recharge less than 300 pesos, no, 500 rather. Even the 300 pesos recharge won't be possible coz it keeps on showing gateway error. Even the customer service is not good, I told them my issue and they keep on disconnecting immediately. How helpful.
App is slow and it gives you random error message when you book like right now my keeps keeps getting "Network error, failed to change driver" and there are times that a rider will call me for something I did not book.
The coupon system is a scam. I applied the coupon and just when I was checking out, it disappeared and no matter how many times I retried, there was no way to apply a coupon so I ended up paying for the whole amount. And surprise! After the rider picked up my item and paid for for it in full, I get a notice that I can apply coupons again 😂 what a fraud
I trusted lalamove for more than years now. I used this often for my personal and business purposes. I am just suggesting that the photo of the successful deliveries and transactions should have photos of the recipient or the actual handling over of the goods and not just of the building or establishment.
The topup with fixed amount is annoying, why on earth you can't just pay the exact amount with just debit card? Then you have to submit a form to refund the leftover amount in the wallet, with extra administrative fee, this is beyond ridiculous, it's called stupid
No description for delivery options, no cancellation option for incorrect orders, Chat support unresponsive, no riders accepting despite waiting for more than an hour. Great app overall, easy to uninstall.
Your app is so glitchy. Most of the time I top-up, I experience not getting the credit but being charged in my bank. It's also annoying that you only have fixed amounts of top-up for the wallet. And even with the online payment credit/debit card option, I thought it would redirect me to a payment option via card to just pay the exact amount. But no! It just also meant topping up! Which is so stupid! You are way behind other apps. Even Angkas has card payment already with no top up needed!
