The app doesn't need to update the order to auto-booking. What if the requested driver is not on duty? The current booking system is still the best. I understand the difficulties of getting orders because of so many lalamove drivers. The good things is, it challenge us to work hard. My only concern is that, we cannot see the distance unless we take the order or we check it thru google maps (but another driver might take that order) I humbly suggest to update it for a better working experience.
Bad reaction time. Waze or map does not work when clicked in app. Need to seach manually. Second, the chat support are useless. They say to you they will call you but will not. They are the ones who made the mistake but you have yo email them to correct it. Even if you already pointed it out and all the documents were submitted properly. Third, the charge for assisting in loading and the charge for the waiting time are useless. You call the representative and they will say the driver has to
The new update is very poor. 1. New chat is not useful. I've waited too long for a CS representative response. switching windows will restart the lalamove app chat and sometimes hang up. Not useful dificult for us partner driver to request order cancellation. 2. When I was on pick up tab address of pickup and drop off does not appear until you click on it and return back to selection. Lalamove partner driver ID 82993 Kindly fix the issues above Thanks
your chat support for drivers is not working. I have to use my regular load to call CS instead of using it to call and connect with our clients. you should not allow booking to pursue if they are using Chinese characters in names...not all can read it. Drivers must have option to cancel the booking from the app especially if the address provided is not the actual pick/drop point.
1) Customer service chat only. During urgent situation not helpful. We cannot chat with packets in hand keep typing. Better to have a customer support call service. 2) The App auto 'Complete' the order after the destination is reached. Very hard to get back the order details. Not able find the destination address after order closed. Better to have an confirmation alert before the order completed. 3) cust service retrieve orders and put in chat and immediately end chat, which close all info
chat support (ph) response is very slow when cancelling a failed order. Had to look for a landline and call main office for cancel request and waited at least 45 minutes before I could take any orders again. Also in one occassion, I had a problem with another rider who took my order. I contacted support and was told that there was a double order that happened. I spent on gas, payphone and time instead of earning. CS should easily be contacted and prompt to address any problems.
They are implementing penalty deduction without your permission could instead pick up the job if they are to fine us. When its the app faulty. The notification click into doesnt tally to the job. Filter auto reset to whole singapore. Bad experience.
the latest version is bad, the client chat is none, the live customer service has gotten worse because it is directing the drivers to log in to another site for the cancel booking details,which the site itself is not working at all because it couldn't upload the file details like screenshots for the order number,call log ins and texts screenshots.
Poor app management. The customer service needs more training to handle massive arguments. The drivers sure having bad experience with the customer try to take advantage on above loaded items yet similar charges fee. The cancellation process is very hard also, when the driver disagree with the job especially jobs involving runner to use own money first to buy customer's groceries. Battery consumption was quite high when rider needs to open GPS all the time. Please consider some improvements.
Perfect app. Very useful and very helpful to both users and drivers. Convenient performance even on emergency. It helps peoples , it helps country and it helps the economy. God bless us all.
As a driver, I found it very inconvinient on your customer service. In case of immediate questions or issues that need to be raised, there is no real person to talk to. Please improve your customer support. Lastly, what took you so long to top up the wallet? Why cant it be once I transferred it to lalamove account, it will immediately reflect on my wallet? Its a waste of time on my part because i cant accept any delivery booking. Please fix this. Immediate action is super appreciated! Salamat!
The latest update of 20/4/20 is useless, pickup list item go so fast before you can read details. Not to mention taking order. Even I take order after few click (not sure why it need us to click to show order details and another click to go take order button) the order is gone after all these clicks. No matter how fast I train my mind and finger to catch up, I cannot catch one order after three days of trying, Is this app favour fast finger gamer only?
Not worth for car user, transporting people much more easier than parcel. Lot of demand on how to deliver. If you want to gain more go to Poslaju and register for part-time. Much better payout than lalamove. But for motorcycle this is the best option.
Im trying to become a rider. However it seems like i got stuck at verification. Already submit all document, but seems cant get through. Already answer the online test. Already schedule for training session. However no further information is given. Where do i need to go for training. Nothing. The apps just said my acc need to be verified. Very dissapointing . Also call the cs, but cs said to fill the form again and if anything use live chat which is not working at all.
Not recommended. After registration.. Alot promotion coming in such as call, sms etc. No notification at all after submited my documents and keep on request to follow up again and again. Like begging for job. Alot restrictions compare to mrspexxx. Really frustrated. Please delete and remove my info from your system.
Cant filter much options and waste of time to scroll down the delivery assignment when it is taken up instantly. This app seriously need extensive improvement. And biker shouldn't be allowed to pick up car drivers' job as driver paid more deposit and petrol too. 😅
When there is no job, the announcement fills the screen. When I set the filter to "now", the announcement blocked the incoming job. I could hear the sound only. All these annoucement are not necessary. Very difficult to get an order. One need to press really fast (3 times) in order to secure an order. Orders are not send to the nearest driver but the fastest finger gets the job!
