A bank app that can't do transfers? I keep running in to this issue in the app when making a transfer. Randomly, it will work some time: "SigningError: Creating signing package failed to sign with users keypair" Stor mangel at den ikke kategoriserer udgifter i indkøb, bolig, fritid etc. som andre bankers mobilbanker.

After forcing me to get MitId I can't use the app at all, whenever I try, it just hands me a gibberish code. If I try granting access regardless it just asks me for permission again.

Got really slow and unstable after change of platform

The new app is horrible! Sure it's pretty, but everything is so unresponsive. There are massive delays whenever I enter a number in a transfer. The back button either doesn't work or its click area is too small for me to hit. All the buttons are hard to hit - it feels like I have to click multiple times to get it to respond. This is the worst app experience I have had in years - not an exaggeration.

Takes forever to load, mostly doesn't load at all, every new subsequent update only makes it worse

Can't login with MitID. After the authentication flow nothing happens. My browser is Firefox. Also opening the app is really slow.

Locked out of app as NemID is no longer accepted and MitID does nothing after accepting login request in the MitID app.

I hate the new App! It is slow and even you cannotchange the language. It is a definite downgrade.

I wanted to give the app some time to get things working, even though an app as important as a banking app really should have been tested better. However, after a recent update I can't even transfer money between my accounts due to an "unknown error", so the app is now basically useless to me. I hope it'll be fixed at some point, but for now, I'll avoid using it for a few months. Please take this and other reviews seriously - I think it was a mistake to launch the new app without proper testing.

I have a few suggestions. First, don't you think it would make more sense for the overview page to be the first that cones up when one opens the app? Second, I hate that I have to open each transaction to know what they are. The only thing I can see without tapping on the transaction is what card was used the amount and that the exchange rate was 100 because, yeah, I paid in the card currency. What point is there in that info??

Used to be ok, but nothing great. Transactions do not show on the account immediately and it requires an SMS code to send money. Not only are SMS codes less secure than using TOTP (authenticator), but it means I can't send money unless I have service, which is surprisingly often. It should be possible to send money with only WiFi.

Lacks features such as editing recurring payments

The new app is modern and looks fine. However, the English language is missing. I guess that you plan to add it since there is the Language settings placeholder. Shouldn't be that difficult to translate 20-30 strings to English.

This app is a massive step back from the old app. It's less intuitive. It's slower and less responsive, and it's missing essential features, like getting in touch with your bank. Absolute joke of an app. Kill it and bring back the old app.

Can we just get the old app back? It was snappy and did what it needed to do. This one is a trainwreck of a disaster, slow, buggy, can't log in half the time and actually displays stuff less intuitively. Please roll back!

Cannot even log in. I contacted support and sent all the required debug information 2 month ago - without any result. The developer cannot fix a simple bug, and Lån og Spar does not care that their app does not work! Why not changing the developer?? Update: after several contacts with the developer the conclusion is that they don't know how to fix the problem and don't know what the reason is. Why does Lån&Spar work with them?!

This app has become completely useless as it is a huge bug. Log in errors, mo view of your accounts, transfer/payment is impossible. And this has been for quite long time, really inconvenient.

The previous version used to have everything in English. I don't know why that option has disappeared as many of the clients are international. Hopefully they will put the English version back again soon.

I can't open the app. It says it's out of date, and the version us too old. Even though I've updated it.

Catastrophe!!!! I cannot updat my app, there is no way to access to my account, no way! What is wrong with you guys????😡😡😡😡

Total idiocy, asks you to log in with a pin but you Don't receive one (No info, No message, you can not even ask for it send again), there is No indication that I can get it to work and the complete lack of professionalism oozing off of it does not warrant additional tries.

Well, I eagerly waited for the new version, finally updated today and we got? Immensely slow loading times, mostly just design updates and no new functionalities, removed fingerprint authentication and no English language. Half step forward, 4 steps back...

You replaced a fine working app with this buggy garbage. Slow loading times and terrible UI scaling/responsiveness. Either you were too cheap on developers or you didn't do proper due diligence.

It keeps asking me to write in a pin code that I get through sms but an sms never comes! I'm so frustrated with this app. Sometimes I can get in but most times I'm asked for the pin code that never comes! I do not recommend this app. I'm uninstalling.

The new app is not working properly. I managed to login only once. The app also does not have a english version. I want the old app back!!

Unresponsive and very slow. ~20 seconds boot time is unacceptable for such a simple app. These issues are not present on the iOS which leads me to believe that the app was developed for iOS first, then ported to Android as a last minute afterthought. Lazy dev work or a lack of resources allocated to proper porting. App should be rolled back to the old version until these performance issues are fixed.

App has been bugging since yday, 15/06. Requests some misterious updates, but on play store it says the app was last time updated 26/05. Hasn't been able to log in since yday!
