This app doesn't update, nomatter what you do. It worked in the beginning, but I've even uninstalled and reinstalled it and still cannot access my results. When phoning, I cannot get my results over the phone either. Infuriating experience, save yourself the frustration and give it a miss.

Registration is terrible! The wrong number is linked to my profile, and it does not allow me to change it. I have tried to fix it online but no answer on the Lancebot, I have sent an email but the profile is still not updated. It is very frustrating to say the least. Hope the developers can fix the registration process on the app, as I am not the only person complaining about this.

This app does not work at all anymore. I can't update my details and the last time it synced my results was in 2018 and I've had tests done since then. This app is not user friendly at all and needs a lot of work.

I have been trying to register on this app for some time now and on different devices only to go in circles. (Tried different user names/passwords etc but the circles keep spinning) This app was supposed designed to be a user-friendly tool but it's just pathetic.

Disappointed. Downloaded this app in August and got the results without issues. Since Dec 2021 no tests that have been done are showing other tests have been done and results are not updating? Uninstalled and reinstalled app but still no resent results. Please advise.

The app is not very user friendly and does not show the latest lab results. My doctor is able to see the results but i am not on my app. I also tried sending an email to the developer details, but evem that email comes back as saying it does not exist.

I have never been able to use this app because it does not allow me to register! It keeps saying we found multiple records where the patient surname differed...Obviously!! It's called getting Married and changing your surname! This is absolutely frustrating!

I've only been using this app for a day but the registration process went very smoothly and so far I haven't had any problems. It's very handy to be able to see all my test results going back nearly 10 years and my Covid test results from yesterday appeared this morning.

The App is really user friendly and very helpful for maintaining your on records but it is a bit slow to update with new results, which can cause quite a bit of frustration.

My 2 children and I went for tests. I Can only view one child's profile at a time. I have to uninstall and then install again to view other child's information. When I tried to access my own information, I could not even register my profile. The app says that there are multiple surnames for the same ID number. Very inefficient app!

You're unable to register because when you ask for the verification sms it doesn't come through, what's worse is that me email address is captured incorrectly, so now I can't even access the app at all. What a waste of brain power. Do not download.

Terrible App - who did u get to code this App ? A first year varsity student. The most basic stiff don't works. My phones default is a dark theme , i can't see half the buttons in your screens let alone sign in.

App not user friendly. Cannot see whole family on it need to unistall and reinstall again. App also do not update need to go through the installation process again. Rather try Ampath for your next consultations as well as app functionality

Get a notification that there is new test results that I am waiting for, but doesn't show anything and gives communication error repeatedly. No matter what connection my phone is on.

Why are my results not updating? Last update was September 2021. Have had tons of blood tests since then. Tried reinstalling but remains the same. 11/03/22 All sorted now. Thank you very much!

Terrible. I'm trying to register an account but my ID is linked to a number I don't know. And there's no option to correct it! Can't access my results!

The app is not updating my test results. Tried to get answers but to no avail. Tech has sorted out. Happy again with app.

I have accessed the app before, now when I try to get my results it tells me that it is linked to different spellings of my surname.. no idea how it can mess up since I have my ID number..

Unlike others, I was able to log in, but all my records are missing apart from a random one from 2017. Considering the only purpose of the app is view your records, this renders the app useless. There is definitely a data issue. As far as I can tell no updates have been made to the app since 2020, so my hopes aren't very high of having a solution any time soon. Please find a competent app development company who know what they are doing. This is very frustrating for your customers.

Useless app. I've tried to register but the verification SMS goes to a number that I do not know. I do not know how that number is linked to my ID.

I can't even register to use the app... The email address is wrong (I tried to change it the last time I did blood tests with Lancet, but apparently it wasn't done), and I have yet to receive an SMS (despite trying multiple times). In comparison with the Ampath app (which I also downloaded yesterday), this is a very poor showing. Especially since I'm a software developer myself!

No new test results on app. Tested three times in the past year. None available on the app. Only one in Oct 2020

Very frustrating, I installed the App only to get a mix up of other people's results on my ID number. Which unfortunately means that our private results may be seen by others. I called the lab trying to sort it out. They confirmed it is corrected but when I go back to the App I still cannot find my results instead they changed those results to my name as if they were mine. It's a mess really.

Unfortunately you can't give no stars, I would give it less than 1 if I could! I've contacted Lancet on 3 occasions already to get updated results and they've assured me every time I will have the correct ones within 24/48 hours. This had been going on now for nearly a month and I can still only see results from 2012 and 2016. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app more times than I can remember and can't reregister as my ID number exists! I also get told I have two profiles. FIX IT!!!!!!!!

Registration process needs to be relooked at. Won't allow me to register because my ID number picks up different surnames. This shouldn't be a hindrance as surnames do change. The ID number is a unique identifyer and this should be validated rather.

Can't register my mother to get her results because her profile is linked to her employer's contact details. There's no option to edit contact details and the verification code sent to the employer doesn't work. Time wasting app.

Useless horrible waste of time app. Cannot view other profiles like my children's results. My results have not been updated since 2017. This app is a waste of time and a horrible user experience

The app works fine for me, but the fact that I cannot log out for privacy and safety of my medical information then I found it not good at all. We need our info protected. Please include the log out tag.

Not able to see my daughter's details. Not able to add additional patients. Incorrect details against my ID number, and cannot update them. This app is a waste of time.
