Honestly, the update took me a hard time waiting for the OTP sended on my SMS prior to the time constraints given. Been using this app like around 2-3yrs now and I have no problem so far. As usual, I got my OTP so fast after reviewing my information before the transaction is ready to be placed but then again, seems like the new update are trying to force me to withdraw for good physically than transacting virtually. The front ~end became so smooth though.
Did you update your app to make it even worse? I have full signal and it takes 10 minutes for a OTP to get sent to me, and seeing as they expire after 5 minutes, this makes your system DISGUSTINGLY useless. Probably the worst banking app I've had the misfortune of being forced to use. At least have fingerprint authentication for transactions by now, maybe?
Yes, you have updated the app but the performance is still poor. No mattr how many times I resend the code via sms, I still receive it very late! Also, it cannot transfer fund to e-wallets most of the times! It always says like "you have not used landbank for a while so your are automatically logged-out". Please fix this Landbank of the Philippines!
I just lost Php5,000.00 when i used the fund transfer option of this new update it prompted something like "we were unable to complete" but my transaction history recorded a fund transfer transaction and my balance went down by a Php5,025.00 even though it never reached its recipient ...I haven't experience this with the older version!!! Thats my hard earned money you!!!!! /%@(#72!#)#-!!!!!
There are times that I cannot login no matter the speed of my data/wifi connection. However, this app has always been on my library of trusted and most used apps. Thank you, LandBank, for offering your services online. Really helped me to save time, effort and of course gasolina na sobrang mahal hahaha 💯
So far it's good because I'll only do transferring of money to other banks and checking my balance. But one thing was lacking is History of the transaction, just to screenshot the reciept for me to remember the time and date of my transaction.
This app has been okay. Working properly until it requires to be updated. It takes ages before I receive OTP and when I receive it, it's no longer applicable because i've got auto logged out for non activity. Hope you fix this ASAP!
I updated the app today and the OTP seems to take too long (30mins to 1hr) to be sent to my registered mobile number. Fund transfer and other transactions requiring OTP are just impossible to do with the latest update. I hope this bug can be fixed asap
11/14/2020: It is working properly now. Thanks! 11/13/2020: I cannot access the application. It says, I don't have an internet connection, when in fact, I have tried both using Wifi and Mobile Data. I was able to watch YouTube videos without buffering and opened the BDO app on both type of connection. So I don't know what's the problem is.
I thought it was already activated. Cause i registered fully at a Land Bank Branch on the spot. I cant do any bank transfer it says i still have tp register. Though they said that everything ia already usable once regiatered and verified. All you can do is check the balance.
The app has improved significantly since the update. The OTP comes sooner now, albeit I still have to click resend for it to be received. It would also be helpful if the OTP itself is at the first parts of the text message like other apps/the lbpiaccess site so it can be seen via sms preview and it's easier to input without leaving the app.
Nice App. This helped a lot. However, I prefer to have the OTP sent both thru email and SMS since there places with low cp signals.
When it required me to update the Application in order to transact, the OTP is delayed. I just receive it for like 2 hours or so. I cannot transact right now. Please fix this issue right away.
The application for OTP authentication takes too long, it will expire already. I kept on resending. I have not verified my OTP authentication coz it kept on expiring. Please improve this please.🙏
What happen to the Fund Transfer? The OTP took long to received by our registered phone number. This only happen right after the update. Can you please fix this issue? Thank you.
I can't withdraw anymore using Cashless Withdrawal since I updated the app. The code and the pin was never sent to my number. Before updating I have no problem with cashless withdrawal. I have no atm card and now I have to worry about ky money because I can't withdraw it.
DELAYED OTP - after updating to the newest version. It delays my payments and other trnsactions. Please landbank and developer, kindly address this issue immediately. Thank you.
After updating your system, receipt of OTP goes beyond 5 minutes when making transfers. Hence, transaction could not be processed anymore. Please do something with this glitch.
I gave 5 stars because this mobile banking apps is very much accessible and easy to use . You can withdraw anytime and transfer and pay bill anytime and anywhere.

In my experience, the older version is better than this new version,. It takes too long to receive the OTP.
This app used to be very good and convenient until it failed to send the OTP when I try to do a fund transfer to Gcash. I've tried so many times to do an FT but the OTP never arrived.
I fund transfer 520pesos and another 100pesos on my GCash account but did not go through but did credited kn my savings account..😭😭 small amount tho, but i need that money for my easytrip account. Please help me fix my problem.. what if i am not the only one who has this problem, maybe too much money are being gone like mine....😭😭
Transfer becomes unavailable especially at night. I hope you can fix this, this is so inconvenient especially during emergencies
It's nice and very helpful app very easy to respond you're request for checking you're cash balance.. thank you online Landbank, I will not worry now if I were not be able to go at the office bank..
I am now revising my review from 2019. On that year it was not working well. Three years after (2022), this has been my main tool in Online Banking. Good job in upgrading your system.
This app is so helpful especially today that we are in a pandemic. This made life easier like in checking balance or in transferring funds. Thank you.
Bad update. Just updated to its latest version today and now, I unable to receive OTP after accessing Bamk Transfer.
Sometimes it wasn't functioning well. Plus the rate of fund transfer goes higher and higher and it's sad.
I wish they would return the sending of OTP thru email not just thru SMS. Some of us prefer to receive the OTP that way, especially for OFWs. In my case, it is really hard to maintain a roaming number, even if I pay for it on a monthly basis or regularly, the network usually encounters a problem and the sim card malfunction. This happened several times already. Without that, there's nothing much I can do with the app other than just to check balance. I wish Landbank would reconsider. Thank you.
