Its exactly what i needed. Opened up a new bank account tied it to the app. Tenants pay rent, the app rcvs it reconciles it sends a receipt to them done. Keeps all my expenses and deducts or adds and keeps gains n losss balances proper. Then it creates a variety of reports! Year end for tax adjustmens! Its allowed me to save and not dip into the passive income money. So far ive saved $5k. Really happy about it. Im like a kid w new toy right now 😆

Great app so far. It will be great to be able to record work orders for properties and manage projects. I love how this app keeps everything organized to make it easy to run all the properties.

Looks good overall during the trial. Costs goes up with amount of rentals. Need to show people of colr icons not just what appears to be white people. So far so good 👍

Looked at several apps to manage a small portfolio. Found this one very intuitive without too much clutter. Been using for a month now and very pleased. Got a quick response when I submitted a question which is very encouraging.

EXPENSIVE! Developers say compared with other apps, it's half the price, however if you don't need all the features than its expensive. More suited for commercial use. I would also prefer a one of payment. I did try and negotiate a reduction for a number of properties but they politely refused. There is another app out there called Rental Property Manager which costs £0.63 per month for all the features. I've been using this for several years now and is ideal for the smaller landlord.

I like how the app automatically added all past recurring rent and expenses and it's easy enough to use. However there's no place to add a single income item, all the rent is automated. I had to do a negative expense which is weird for bookkeeping. Also the dashboard can only show a max of 1yr and cannot be expanded to see lifetime. App looks pretty but I decided to stick to excel.

very confusing adding a property/ unit seems too be treated as the same. when inputting tenant info then noticing lease info you put in all that info only to get an error message ren't overlapping & it won't allow you to correct anything. So that you're just wasting your time useless for what you already know! The positive is that via email customer service is responsive but doesn't solve what amounts to an app with a bad format.

I have used the application to record expenses and income of my properties.it has been very easy to do it and I keep my reports up to date. There is one thing I have noticed.....every time I record a transaction it does not affect the totals immediately, I have to wait some time, even up to 24 hours.

Absolutely fantastic, apart from: cant seem to copy and paste into fields in the app, and would be good if contacts could be sorted alphabetically and more importantly, upcoming reminders and expenses sorted into date order. Would also be good if you could link reminders to their respective expenses to save entering in both places. Amazing though! A huge help with organisation, thank you

This is a paid App, free for just a month. It's not obvious while installing. The features do not justify the cost. It has a Text/Email feature but I would have liked an option to access a messaging app like WhatsApp. Overall, all the features in this App are available for free in other Apps as well and hence this rating. If charges are ignored and if I just rate the App based on features and quality compared to other Apps, I would give Four stars.

I had an issue during registration because I made a typo in my email address... got instant support via email and the problem was sorted within minutes. It's not often you get a great App AND great support. PS: it is actually an awesome app for managing multi tennented properties!

I've been using this now for over 2 years. They have a great support team with incredible response rates. They are helpful and pleasant in all my interactions... User friendly and very easy to use. Reports on your fingertips and reminders makes handling ones portfolio easy

Overall the best app for managing rental properties. A little bit expensive but loaded with all the features you would need to record expenses and whatnot. Will definitely pay the yearly fee, I just wish it was cheaper..

I've been using this app about a year now and it's great. I can't get it to connect with my bank but that is because of an issue on the bank side not with this software. Other than that it's been flawless and the customer support was great the one time I had questions!

I thought this was going to be like all the other ones I've used over the years. I thought I would find myself swearing but to my surprise it's been flawless. Can be edited in case I enter wrong data and the app can be used on my laptop. I haven't found myself cornered and I love that the info is in a cloud to retrieve said info if necessary. At first I wasn't sure about the cloud but I don't do anything sketchy so why not! Just do it! 14 day trial. You'll love it!

This is a very simple and easily understandable approach to looking after your rentals. it is easy to understand and manage. the reports are well laid out and clear, showing an outline of all data entered. I would, and have, recommended this to others.

I have used this app for several months, everything except the reporting rates good. Does not have full suite of reports on Android and PC versions. Noted on a friend's iPad version it had better suite of reports, including rent due report that is sadly lacking in other versions.

This app is not FREE, They will ask you FULL YEAR money in one go.. and it cost very expensive as compare to the benefit it providing also they not ready to agree on monthly basis paymnt. just want to rip people off as one go. Its very common for any business for upgrading but they not allow you to upgrade on monthly basis they want full year fee. i requested few time but they said if you want to buy 100 units then we can allow you on monthly basis which is nonsense. I Will NOT RECOMMEND anyone

I manage two motels (weekly & monthly tenancy only), in a small town. I needed an app that would list each tenant, by motel, what their rent is, tenancy period, move in date, and notes; one that would let myself, the owner, and our Asst Mgr access and update the information; that would generate reports showing past due amounts, expenses, etc. This is the 4th app I've tried and it has everything I was looking for. Will recommend it to several other property managers I know.

Hi I'm.new on here..just downloaded the app. Once you add property..you will add units...then you add lease...if you want to save the lease details the GREEN SAVE BUTTON bottom doesn't work sometimes... to save the details...it's getting annoying

It would be great to be able to post vacancies and syndicate. Also, notifications for expiring leases as opposed to just running the report would be absolutely amazing. Edit: Listings are now available.

Just downloaded the app, seems nice and very user friendly. But already got the first problem, I'm not able to add a lease -> the save button does not work when I add the cost for the rent, any assistance on that?

Awesome app, a single place to manage a your properties. Nice dashboard design to give view of paymeny and upcoming ones. overdue reminder, easy management of leases and tenants, etc list is very long. Also, the customer support is exceptionally great. response time to your queries is sometimey just 15 mins. Great work guys..keep up the spirit.

Very fast response rate. Solid performing app. Very intuitive to use. Reports a little tricky but that is where the response rate is so good. It can always do what I want which is great.

Rubbish app, when adding expenses it doesn't even do the tax calculation correctly, like, literally a different amount from the calculator. After adding a receipt I can't view it again. uninstalled. Don't waste your time with this app.

Simple and easy to use. The help desk is quite friendly and interactive.
