For the last few months, maybe since the update, I get... "Application Error-We are unable to log you in at this time. Try again later." I work internationally so think it has something to do with blocked IP addresses but even using a VPN I have the same error. Using a web browser works fine. The app used to work well. Now it no longer works at all. I have tried deleting and reinstalling repeatedly.

I've had great experience using this app with no issues, however last week and the week before it constantly timed out while I was taking pictures of checks. I wasn't moving so I'm not sure why it kept happening. When it would work, I could get one check deposited and then it would time out and log me out. pretty frustrating. I hope it was just a glitch because today I seem to be able to deposit a check with no problem.

Mediocre at best. Not user friendly at all. E. G.: Check deposit should begin with the cursor in the field for the amount. The tap to take the pictures requires way too much pressure to keep the phone solidly still. After entering all this there is neither any feedback nor a Submitt button or the like. Hope you still get all this.

I have no issues with Landmark Credit Unions app. Actually, I find this app to be more useful than other bank & credit card apps that I'm using as of now. I am able to move money around, make payments through people pay, medical bill expenses and transfer money to and from other bank accounts with no problems. LCU is fair, reliable, honest, understanding and courteous to there customers. I get emails & text reminders of bill payments that are coming due. Reason I give them 5 STARS.

I only had to click! It was much faster than the telephone service, and although I like the automated telephone service, I love the ease of on-line banking for simple things like seeing if a check cleared. I don't upload checks, the most I do is check balances & transfer from checking to saving or vv, Thank you.

The mobile deposit feature no longer works. App freezes when you take a picture of the back of the check. I rebooted my phone twice and still I'm getting the same issue. It appears that other people have reported this. Too bad development isn't taking the steps to resolve this. This was a handy feature.

It used to work fine. Then Landmark did a huge system update and the app hasn't worked the same since. I can no longer use my fingerprint to log in and when I click on my account to see details of what has been pulled out, it won't show me anything. Not happy with the change.

it broke somehow, im able to login to my account without a problem but it always says there's an application error and doesn't display any of my account balances... it's basically useless to me. i just want to know how much i have left in my account on command.. you know, like the app SHOULD be doing... im probably just gonna change banks because nothing has solved this issue :/

I've NEVER had a bad experience with this app, or with the credit union in general...how many times can you say that about ANY financial institution? Great people, great service, the app is super-easy to use and works really well...I've got absolutely no problems with Landmark and will continue to work with them and recommend them to others.

When I click on an account, it won't show me the transactions. I need to keep toggling between "view details" and hitting "back" and eventually the transaction history will show up. More could be invested into this app.

The app is very slow, hard to navigate, and crashes more times than not. I have to close the app multiple times before I am able to even check the balance of my accounts.

awkward to transfer funds. can't select transfer date. if you click in loan to pay it gets really screwy. Update 12/6/2021, the update is a mess. Screwed up my full credit card payment and ended up with interest charges. No longer able to transfer cash back on card to payment.

Since they "upgraded" the system it took me 15 tries to deposit a mobile check. Furthermore they complicated their phoe system to the point of a large bank and its not efficient. Over 1 minute to hear options menu, cant press 0 for an operator? Time is something nobody can get back. Do a better job or I will find a better credit union. I almost broke my phone in frustration. 10 year customer and you have let me down and now your system is not set up for ease of function - 16 min on hold........

The check deposit feature is terrible. Half of the time it doesn't line up or takes the photo too fast. The margins are hard to align and never the same. And there is no reason given when a deposit must be reviewed NOR is there an alert sent to the account holder when the deposit has been made causing me a few account snafus. I love Landmark as a whole but this feature needs some serious work. As does the customer service department that handles online deposits.

Mobile deposit feature is a big help, but app frequently rejects picture for not detecting endorsement. Endorsed in Black ink, picture on contrasting background, borders matched. Frustrating. Could drive to the deposit box across town in the amount of time it sometimes takes.

Been using online bill pay since it was offered. The ability to schedule bill payment in advance makes it easy to schedule payment when bills arrive and not have to mentally recall when they are due. Updated payment calendar that shows scheduled and arrival date for bill pay is a nice addition. Lastly I am confident in the security of the system

Widget is constantly saying I'm not connected to internet even though i very clearly am. Not the first time this has happened, also app hard crashes every time i open it after i restart my phone. Absolute nonsense

Wonderful. Really easy to check accounts and cash checks. Almost too easy. Limit the amount of times you transfer accounts, i got into a lil trouble for doing it way too much. If you have a finger sensor you can use that to unlock the quicker and i dig that.

User friendly AP, very easy to add my Debit card on my online purchases, I'm also happy that I'm able to use my card to purchase stock/crypto without any problems. I also love that I am not being charged any extra fees, for having a certain balance, I forgot to mention that I get paid a day earlier with my bank card👍👍 because of all these great attributes, I made landmark my main bank & I'm about to get rid of my other bank that I had over 10 years now🤷🏾‍♂️!!!

The check deposit app needs to be fixed. The pictures never come out and you end up having to take them a dozen times or more to get it to work. I'm using the latest generation phone...its not the phone or the camera! Maybe let the app use the color image, instead of black and white?

Please fix the camera issue. I have a new phone with a better camera than my old phone, but the app experience for check deposit is worse. Most deposits take at least a dozen photos per side of the check. Other apps that use the camera do not have this type of problem so I'm putting the issue on the way the app accesses the camera.

Convenient to use, but spoils the security by erasing information when you go to your password vault application. Tries to be secure but not well thought out. Accepting biometrics like a thumbprint would be great.

I just got a letter in the mail today explaining/somewhat apologizing for the huge update that went terribly wrong. I tried to login to my account tonight & i CANNOT acess my accounts, it lets me login & then when i pick which accout i want to see, it says they cant display my account info. GRRR This happens all the time since the "BIG" update. Why?? It is soooo inconvenient and frustrating!!

I've used the app for years but in the last several months I continuously get an error when trying to move money between my checking and savings accounts and it doesn't do the transfer. No explanation, app is updated, I do not know how to fix this.

The app is very helpful to have of resistant to getting it the online banking kind of scares me but I'm becoming used to it and it's becoming very convenient for transferring and double checking my account when I make a payment on something I can see right away and I can go in every day and see if there's any abnormal activities on my account and I like that very much

would help if landmark was able to link all of my accounts with a single password. not user friendly because I basically have to log in and out of the app or website to access all of my accounts using different log in information. c'mon its almost 2021, you can do it!

This app is terrible! When I try to take a picture for mobile deposit, it just signs me out. I have to keep Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This has happened multiple times. Very frustrating! I would never recommend it!
