still waiting on security code to be texted to me. it says it needs an extra layer of security. I've tried at least 25 times in past week. I've called the bank and they have no idea why I'm having problems. they said delete app and re install. I have and still won't recieve a security code text for me to enter. I'm giving this a little more time and if no help I'll switch to another bank cause this is ridiculous. this is first time I've had issues in 2 years but this is driving me crazy
This app seems to have improved from one to three stars. This Bank is one of the best Banks to do business with that is available in the USA. Most things they just do great. The program application has been one of two problems this bank has. It also needs to rethink how it offers you a loan to pay overdrafts. When you have an overdraft the bank says you can pay off the overdraft but forfeit overdraft privileges from then on. Don't they realize that they are forcing you to go to another bank
I have used two bank and one credit union app with no problems....not here. Every time I attempt to use it there is a message like "invalid pw" etc All this bank needs is a professional,experienced IT Dept. The personnel are great. The facilities are wonderfull. Hope it will come to life soon.
Ive been using the app for almost 2 weeks now and it has not hardly worked at all. Ive had to reset my password twice already in 2 weeks. And have been locked out once. This app needs to be fixed.
This is one of the worst apps I've ever used! Constantly have to force stop it and reopen. Forgets the pin for the fast login and then takes days before it will accept the pin again. Making me want to change banks at this point! I've been using their app for years and it never improves...
Seems to have problems off and on with pins to get in, but can alwats put in manually. Just isn't as fast, but otherwise that is only issue.
It's great to check balances, but can't do transfers, can't do mobile deposit and the glitching is quite frustrating. Great Bank, terrible mobile app.
i have been using this app since joining this bank and it has worked great. but this past week when i try to us it it tells me to try again later. but my bf has no problem using it. i even re downloaded it. still wont open.
There is no way to retrieve your password without calling if you forget it! This app glitches all the time and there is no option for fingerprint recognition! This app is terrible!!!!!
requires text message. it won't sign in won't send the message. automatic calling verification demanded. email verification demanded. i hate text message. worst bank ever.
It hardly ever accepts my pin or password. Im constantly having to uninstall and reinstall. The app is just as bad as the bank itself.
NOTHING IS WORKING!!!! I CAN'T GET INTO THE APP BECAUSE OF THIS STUPID TRANSITION. WSS ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 30 MINUTES yesterday and no one answered the phone on either support number very disappointed...
Cannot log into my account. Tried resetting still did not work. I used to not have any issues and all of a sudden nothing works.
It's always telling me invalid username and password. I hate that I cant log in to my account with the app it would be so much easier
This app has been a lifesaver for me on multiple occasions. I have never had an issue with it and it's always running smoothly. Keep up the good work!
it was great until the update now it wants to turn automaticly once tou use the app afterwards to get it to stop you have shut down all apps open including this app to get it to stop
love the new update but could you please make it to where we can transfer money from one account to the other again....haven't be able to do it since the last update. I really dont like having to go fight with the website. thanks
really touchy works one day doesnt work the next. next to noone in a branch actually knows how to solve any issues with it especially quickly
Cant get in via app. Have to go online website. It keeps saying that i have wrong ID or password.... !!!!!
worst bank app I've ever had I have to call once a day to unlock my account because it always says I enter the wrong pin or password....and I never enter the wrong pw or pin
Not worth one star worst app ever. how can such a good bank have such a bad app. Cant even log in asking for user id and password but cant create one this app is pure junk
its a little confusing about deposits and withdraws. balance beside each withdraw would be better
Not always available. Too many times that you cant just entet your pass code or that its completly unavailable
the only thing is the app goes down every weekend. everything else is supper good.
It's an ok app, would be handy if there was a way to recover a lost password

Landmark is a great bank but it seems like they are refusing to invest money into developing a good app. Every other bank I've used has a very smooth app with few bugs. This app is constantly having bugs. There is nothing worse than starting to rely on the convience of the app only for it to not even launch when you need it too. I missed a payment because I was unable to get the app to open so that I could transfer money to the necessary account for a payment. Please be better.
