Doesn't support face unlock: withmore high-end devices have face unlock and fingerprint sensor under screen, it's high time for developer to bring it to android, iOS of this app already has this feature. Recent versions have been crashing or blank screen when starting.

This app used to work just fine, but after the last update, it crashes constantly and that's if it opens at all. It's pretty annoying as I use it multiple times a day. I really hope you guys get this fixed. And it is NOT my phone that's the problem....

this app gives me the access to my banks accounts around the world. it worked very well for me when I traveled to Germany. I can move funds back and forth as needed. Always there when I need it

I have a moto g pure and I can't access my account except on the laptop. Have no idea how to use zelle from the pc. Can't find it anywhere, and the mobile app just shuts me down. Almost worth switching banks over.

Don't know what happened, but app has suddenly stopped working. I go to pull it up and get nothing but a white screen.

So easy to deposit a check into either account that I have with Landmark National Bank, using the mobile app. Saves on my time. Thank You.

So far, it's been good. The only complaint I have is that it use to say when you use the bill pay which account the money was coming out of.

Keeps saying I don't have mobile connection. Have un-installed this and re-installed still coming up with that error

Well I had trouble at first getting this app to open. Then it started working fine for several months and then now in the last week. I've had problems getting it to stop crashing you click on the app and it starts to open. Then it ju at disappears and I guess that means it crashed but I can't even find it I have to go back to my home page and then and open it again and again and it just goes away.

Edit: called number provided in developer's comment to my review. no one could help me. They supposedly sent a message to whomever handles the app issues and I was told someone would call me back that afternoon or the next day, and no one did. Still doesn't work weeks later. Original Review: Just stopped working completely. Will not even open. Tries, then error code. Tried updating. Tried rebooting. Tried powering off and then on. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. NOTHING. GRRRRRRR!!!!

App not working. Been trying all day. Try to open app and it's just a blank white screen then goes back to main screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and even restarted phone. Nothing has worked and app is still not working. I even bought a new phone today and downloaded the app on new phone. It worked once and now it's doing the same thing on new phone. What seems to be the problem? Very frustrated!

The app functions, and is pretty easy to use. However it seems they undergo server maintenance every day late at night. If you try to log in after about 11pm you are told to call the help line because they're experiencing difficulties. My brother and roommate have this issue as well.

App crashes on S21 Ultra, unable to use. Splash screen loads followed by immediately crashing

When I am able to get this app to work it's great. Sometimes it opens without issue and other times it will constantly close and is completely unusable. Very frustrating! Also it limits the amount you can deposit in a day. You can deposit one check but then have to wait until the next day to deposit another.

The new update made the app not open, need to fix this.

I was getting used to the TON of maintenance down times, and bugs, but now it just plain refuses to work at all. Tried deleting and uninstalling several times. Every time I try to open the app I get a blank screen and then it goes back to my home screen.

This app is terrible. It worked on and off for 4 months and is broken again. It's convenient if it ever works, but for the past few weeks I can't even get it to launch. And yes my phone is updated. Your app is just poorly made and managed. It honestly disgusts me how little effort Landmark puts out. I use thisto cash my checks, why do my bills have to be late because this app crashes? Things like this make me want to close my account and find a bank that is actually worth being associated with.

I recently updated my phone from a Samsung S10 to the new S22 ultra. The App currently will only load the logo and will never get to the login screen. I have deleted the app and cleared the cache from the app and reinstalled multiple times. Still having the same issue. There is currently no new updates to this app. So currently this app is completely useless on new devices until the maker of the app sends out an updated. I have to use a web browser to now check my account.

It used to work great! Had no issues, until whatever recent update happened and now the app won't even open. I have paperless so I'll just stick to using the website. The app is too much trouble these days and not worth the time to download and uninstall every other day to see if it works anymore.

Useless app for me. Seeing others compain about older phones' incompatibility, my phone is 4.5 years old; it's still Android OS and should be supported. This issue is unique to this app as I can access other apps I try to use. I get a message when I open stating the app doesn't support rooted or jailbroken phones, and this phone is neither. Funny that I can log into the Landmark Business app with this phone and see my wife's biz account but I can't access our personal, especially check deposit

Having seen issues here have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Now get notifications debit transactions are being made on my card and it has been cancelled by the fraud division in your bank, after contacting me by phone and asking about an $800 transaction I never made. My wife cancelled her card twice and still was hacked. Thinking this might be an internal problem not so much an external perpetrator, will be coming in tomorrow to speak to you

Update: I had given this app 5 stars previously, but for a bit over a week, maybe 2 weeks, this app has been NON-FUNCTIONAL. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling, but nothing works. It loads, but doesn't allow me to log on. It just sits there on the sign-in screen. PLEASE FIX THIS! I rely on this app daily to keep our finances in order. I'm blind w/o it. Thanks.

I love using this. Have had some glitches though but this is very good.

All of a sudden, this mobile app will not work on my phone. I have a smart phone. It is fairly new and is a Motorola android. It is very irritating to me, as I rely on it daily. When I open the app it goes to a white screen and then crashes.
