I have ordered shirt and received with incorrect size and now I'm asking for exchange but they're saying there is no exchange option in their website :( and moreover they cannot refund the amount which I've paid. Instead of that they're providing me some coupon code worth of that products cost n we need to redeem that within 90 days. Sounds pathetic. Customer service is pathetic and if we ask for anything they'll say as of now we do not have such services. Really pissed of with the service.
I usually don take time to write reviews, but trust me I jus love your app. But then it is spoiling me b badly😂I keep shopping. Only thing is you need to work on return formalities though I haven't returned any of the product. Apart from that I jus love it

The app keeps hanging frequently. Had to shift to web version to complete my order several times. Worst is when it happens during payment.
The app isn't user friendly. Doesn't let we compare, no Wishlist wherw we can add the items and no return options. Need to upgrade
It's gud app wid branded one but it takes a lot tym for loading dats irritate me so much..

Worst shopping app.i returned an order for which they gave me a voucher.i tried buying something using that order but the transaction could not complete due to network error.when i tried again it says that the voucher cannot be redeemed.all my money got wasted
After buying clothes from other online shopping apps , I had really felt disgusted, the images that occurred in the app and the dresses which were delivered were completely different , cheap material , etc...but this one site sells you genuine products, good quality, really happy !! And I received my order on time ..😃, thankyou landmark shops..
I bought jeans from landmark..The quality of product is very worst. I returned product.16 days gone but i did not get my cashback...VERY BAD EXPERIENCE... THE STAFF IS SO POOR..
I've bought 7 products from them till now and all of them are bang-on. You just have to know your size exactly. No idea about the return policy 'cause I never had to return anything.

App doesn't works for 3g data packs. Works slowly on wifi. Performance is very bad and navigation between pages is having lots of errors. Upgrade causes error in login state too.
